Critter Control of Indianapolis

They were out here promptly. First they came out and set the traps. They checked the traps everyday, Monday to Friday. They caught one squirrel and they left it out for another week. They came out and checked. No other squirrels came in and they patched the hole. They were efficient and did exactly what they said. They didn?t raise their cost. I knew upfront what it was going to cost and it was exactly that amount. I thought that the price was a little high for fixing the hole because they were there only for a short time. I would use them again in future.

The guys came everyday to check the traps, only to find them empty. There was an initial charge to set the traps. If there was actually something caught, we would have had another charge, but that did not happen. I would hire this company again in the future if the problem arises again.

They called right away to make the appointment. The man that came out was nice and he solved the problem. He responded very quickly. The price was a bit high but the quality of work was very good. He came out every day to check the trap.

They did a really nice job. The guy said that they just normally spray it, but he knocked it down and cleaned it all up for me. When I called in, they were very quick to get someone out here. The guy was right on time and very pleasant and professional. He took care of the job very quickly. I had never used a pest control company before so I wasn't sure about the price, but I would have paid a lot more to get rid of that hornet's nest.

The did a good job. They were ontime and we didnt have to wait. They were very helpful and informative.

They did a great job. They were out for about a week and a half, because they left the traps up for three days following the capture of a critter. I was pleased that they put the traps on the roof where the critter was getting in rather than putting them on the ground. They were very good about coming out and checking things. I give them all A?s for their services. I would use them again in the future if I had the need.

I was happy with the service and they did come into a county that they do not normally service and that was great.

The racoon was caught , they came out to get him and set him free in another area.Tthey came back and set up the racoon trap again. This time something got the bait without tripping the trap, they reset it and a second racoon was caught. They picked him up to free in another area. Good service, fair price. Very satisfied.

They were on time for the service. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. They did not catch the critter, because when they got out it had already left. I will continue to use them in the future.

Compared to others, they were the only ones mentioned putting a guard up and they put a guard up.

The person who came was professional and direct. He took his time and discovered all kinds of things in the attic. He also photographed and explained to me.

I was very pleased with their work. They were very diligent about what they did. They were very reasonable with their price.

The experience was fine, my husband was very pleased with the employee (I was not there at the time of service). We live on a wooded lot and have a lot of critters to control. They were able to come as soon as possible and in a very punctual manner. He made some great suggestions and gave us what we needed. He told us about blocks of poison to throw into the crawl space that we had never tried before. My husband learned so much from this gentleman who helped us and he also thought he was very courteous. We would highly recommend him.

He came out and did a good job. They were able to get rid of the chipmunks. I have been very pleased with their service. I would use them again in the future.

They baited the mice. I was very happy with them. They were responsive, fast, friendly and professional. We had used them about 2 years ago and the price was lesser then. That was surprising. They came twice last time. The price was lower probably because they did not recharge for the drive out here.

Went great. Job was done in about 20 minutes.

They came out and gave me some options for what I could do to about the birds. He gave me a temporary option and a more permanent option. He left the decision up to me and they did a good job with the work. He had to order the kit for all of the work. The only problem that I had with the service was that they quoted me four hundred and it ended up being about five hundred. They also would not give us an Angie's List discount, because they called it a repair.

They charged us a separate price for removing big squirrels and baby squirrels. There was an upfront cost for them to set up the trap. They had to come back several times. They used to come back every day or every other day. The big squirrels were gone, but we were still hearing sounds. So, they tried different things to get rid of them. They finally found out that the baby squirrels weren?t able to get out of the attic. So, they came into our house and laid a trap by one of the trap doors in our ceiling. They persisted in making sure that the squirrels were gone and they also put up some guards. We also had to get some repairs done, as they got into the ventilation. They came in through the bathroom vents and so, they had to repair everything. That also was included in the cost. The price charged by them was fair and they also got the job done for us. They were pretty responsive, as they kept coming back to our house. We were patient in waiting, as we didn?t want to repair it till we were sure that all the squirrels were gone. They were pretty punctual too. I was happy with them and I would use their services in the future, if needed.

They are very responsive. When I first called them this year, I called them because I had a smell that I thought was something that was dead in my attic, and they were to come the next day. When I opened my cedar closet, there was this dead mouse which was grossly decomposed, and I told them to come right away. A person from Critter Control came immediately. He hauled out the mouse and cut the carpet in out of my closet and hauled it away for me. I have nothing to compare their price to but they charge $75 to haul a raccoon or whatever every time, which to me seems kind of high. However, I don?t know if anyone else does this kind of thing.

Our neighbor told us that he'd been sitting on his deck, and noticed some bats flying in and out of the attic vent located at the end of the house that faces his. Looking at the vent, we could see what appeared to be guano stains on the siding beneath the vent. We called Critter Control, and the owner (their bat specialist) came out and investigated. He went into the attic, and found that 60-80 bats (including babies and juveniles) were living in the space. Over a three-day period, he and another employee installed two separate 'bat traps' over the vent, removed the bats that didn't make it into the trap, cleaned and removed the guano, and covered the vent (and the other two on the house) with wire mesh to prevent a reinfestation. The removal included going back into the attic space and hand-removing the young bats that weren't old enough to fly on their own. The bats were relocated to a rural county.

He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with his work. He followed the tiny ants and their trails to the outside of our house to find out where they were coming from. He found 7 different nests where the ants were coming from and treated them all.

They did a good job and repaired the hole in the roof to prevent the racconns from coming in. They did not catch is raccoons but they were very responsive.
