+ 0 moreIt went well the service guy understood that I was deathly afraid of mice. He was very respectful of that and wrote the area of entry and how to seal it. He also put down poison in areas where me dog could not reach, I really appreciated his patience with my phobia.

+ -1 moreGreat!! He had to cut a hole in drywall to find the kittens and remove them. Great company; seem to be animal lovers. Wouldn't use any other company for critter control!! Humane, sensitive.
Description of Work: Remove feral kittens from a wall. Mom had her kittens in the attic and two fell down into the wall. Person was humane, responsive (changed his schedule to save the kittens after he found out they had been trapped for three days without food)

+ 0 moreRemoved all debris and old insulation and sprayed in new insulation. They sealed the entry pointing, in the soffit, to the attic in which the raccoons were getting in. My only complaint is within 6 months the raccoons had damaged the soffit again so it is missing but they still haven’t gotten back in the attic.

+ -1 moreGreat. They came when they said, repaired multiple entry points and came back later to remove exit traps and repair holes. ALSO, we continued to hear scratching sounds and called them back. Came out promptly and said we had mice in attic. Suggested traps, which we used and have since caught 14+ of the noisy critters.
Description of Work: They put up exit only traps on the entry points to get rid of Piney Squirrels in our attic (that were making very disturbing noises.)

+ 0 moreCritter Control came out 5 days after we called and spent all morning checking our entire house for possible entrance points and sealing them. They installed a one way door for the squirrels to leave. A week later when we were hearing no more noise they came out and took out the one way door and sealed the hole. They were very knowledgable and professional. They did a super job!
Description of Work: We had piney squirrels in the rafters of our house. They had gained entrance in a corner over our gutters. We needed them OUT and the entrance they were using to be sealed.

+ -1 moreWe had a terrible storm last year in the middle of when he was working with us, and a lot of limbs and branches came down. He wasn't able to come back and do the job because there was so much debris on the lawn. I was gone, so we didn't get to finish things properly. We paid $175, and then $80 per mole. They give you 1-3 where you don' t have to pay full price, but you do have to pay the $80 per mole. I didn't really know what to compare the price to. They were responsive. They just come when the can.

+ -1 moreIt went fine. They had to get the mother and the babies out. It took a minute. It wasn't an easy job to get the mother out of there, but he got the job done. He even put a piece of wood up there where they broke in. His responsiveness was good. He had to come back and check on it. It was a slow procedure. I would use them again, hopefully I won't have to.

I would put A for the pricing my husband paid there was no problem. As far as I know whatever they came to do was fine. On responsiveness, they came right away.
Description of Work: We had something that we thought was smelling up in the ceiling or we thought there was raccoons or something that was going on. My husband contacted them to see if they could fix the problem. I'm not sure exactly everything that happened it’s like, it’s been such a long time ago now we've done so much since then. Either they told us yeah, it was. They said it is or he can try to do something, I can’t remember we were putting our house up for sale at the time, and um we wanted to make sure there wasn't an animal up there or something smelled like it died or something, I can't remember what it was. They did come out and whatever my husband and they agreed to it.
