Overall, they did a good job. They made a few mistakes, but they did come back and fix them.

Received return call same day, all my questions were answered very professional . We did not buy a shed yet have had many unforeseen expenses, once we are ready to buy this is the company we will use.

It took almost a 2 weeks to hear back from them for them to say they don't do what I was looking to have done.

It went very well, we are very happy with the quality. We were able to tell them what kind of shelving we wanted. They did everything according to what we wanted. We wanted an extra wide door and built a ramp. They put it exactly where we wanted it. It was a very good price. We are really happy with it. They came out, put the x’s on the door, and gave it more of a design. I would them again.

We couldn't be happier - and neither could our grandchildren! Tim Randolph and his assistant, Dustin, are the nicest men and great builders. Mr. Randolph doesn't usually build playhouses but he said he would for us if he could do it during his slow period. They worked hard, tolerated the kids "supervising", and were really nice men who did a great job giving us more than we ever expected. The price for each one was $2,100 payable at completion. He didn't want any money up front! It would have been less but we needed them elevated because our back yard sometimes floods and we wanted more windows (they came with 3 but we wanted 5 in each). We also wanted the entire loft floored. Mr. Randolph came up with the idea of the crow's nest off the back of the loft and I can't thank him enough. The kids absolutely love them! He made them small enough so that only two kids can get out there at a time and put high railings around them. One child wanted stairs to her porch while the little boy wanted a ladder. Mr. Randolph accommodated each child's requests even making sure the windows were low enough in our granddaughter's house so she can comfortably look out and open and close them. It took 4 1/2 days to complete both houses. I would highly recommend best Barns of Indiana (Tim Randolph) to any one wanting a barn, shed, playhouse, potting shed, art studio, etc.
