Description of Work: I hired APEX design Build to replace an exhaust fan in a bathroom. The fan was in a twelve foot ceiling. The appointment was set for 9:30 the tech called at 8:00 and said he was running late due to traffic and would be their a little late and ended up arriving at 9:00. He brought a helper. | |It took him the first hour to remove the old fan. When he hooked up the new one it was mis-wired and blew the breaker. This happened two more times. The tech ended up making two of the three control switches work before he left, four hours later. I feel they took far too long and was made way more complicated than need be for such a simple wiring job. | |They did clean up the mess before they left.

Description of Work: They installed a new 20 amp circuit and outlet to my sun room. This required running conduit from the breaker box in the basement, outside and around the foundation, due to that room (originally a porch) being on a slab. They actually arrived early, got to work, and finished in about 3 hours. They did not even need to shut my power off at all, which I found amazing.

Description of Work: Dave came out and gave me an estimate for opening up two walls that separate my kitchen and my dining room. He was on time, professional, and very easy to work with. I had a pretty tight deadline to have the work done and he was able to squeeze me in and accommodate to get the work completed on time. Everything turned out great and it only took him one day to do the work. When he was finished he called to let me know he was locking up the house and texted me photos of the completed project. I would recommend Dave and Apex to anyone looking to have any work done around their house. No job too big or too small that he cannot do!

Description of Work: We are extremely pleased with the work that Dave and Mark did! We had them replace exterior doors and windows, install recessed lighting, add electrical outlets, and adjust some of the electrical switches. Their work was top notch, and we are having them come back to do more as we remodel our house. Weave had many folks working at our house lately, and Dave and his crew rank up there with our favorites. Highly highly recommend!
