Description of Work: They replaced a kitchen ceiling fan light combo and also replaced a dining room light fixture. They were very good and knew what they were doing. They went over the 2 hours I bought. There were 2 men and each went over 15 minutes. It cost me an extra 24.00. They worked the entire time and did not mess around so the extra time was ok with me.

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal for 4750.00 the final price of the total remodel of our master bathroom was 6600.00. It was an original bathroom from 1965. They totally gutted the entire room. We had to replace some plumbing. There was an 1.5 inches of concrete under the all work was finished in 2 weeks. We had two previous estimates to redo the bathroom. One came in at a little over 14.000 and the other was over 16.000. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They made feel very comfortable and I was able to joke around with them. The owner David was great. I can't say enough about Rick, Aj and Nathan and the work they did.

Description of Work: They replaced exterior panel board underneath 3 of my windows. Also added finishing trim to complete the look. I contacted Mr. Wilson to come and look at the job because I wasn't sure if they could do the work. He indicated the job could be done. My only issue was he did not indicate that the job would take longer then time allotted, which was an additional charge. Nevertheless, he was very helpful and supplied me with a list of supplies needed. He graciously pickup the cement panel board for me because I couldn't handle the weight. The delay was partly my mistake in not getting all the same trim and I had to purchase more. The crew did clean up the yard and the finished repair looked great.

Description of Work: Apex Design Build came out to repair my windows. I had already sent them a picture of the job. When it was determined that it was not the window sill that needed work, the serviceman did a window replacement estimate and promised to send it to me asap. I never heard from them again and I did not get a refund of the purchase price from the deal they offered.

Description of Work: The window rot was repaired, and was about as expected. I did have a little trouble finding the repair materials. It would have been easier if the contact person had included the cost of these materials in the original price.

Description of Work: Unable to perform all the services requested because my new slide-in stove would not fit into designated space. Not his fault. Helped with needed info on measurements, connections, etc. for future installment.

Description of Work: Very knowledgeable, competent young man did some electrical work for us. Plan to use them again soon.

Description of Work: I hired a handyman for the day-he did all kinds of things from hanging window blinds to hanging curtain rods and fixing drain stoppers and caulking, etc. There were a couple of things that weren't done correctly and he came back to fix them with no problem at all. I'm very pleased with the work!

Description of Work: They grounded flexible CSST gas line, secured the electric meter to the house and secured a fireplace cabinet to the wall which was all done fine. The other service item was to change polarity on a switch/plug combination where they were informed the switch was connected to turn a gas fireplace on and off. The fireplace manual was provided to Apex. When the service was complete the fireplace would not come on. They returned to look at it for a charge and replaced the combination switch/plug and the fireplace still did not work. The gas valve was damaged due to 120v power feeding the 24V valve. The company's response was they were not knowledgeable on fireplaces. Now a fireplace company is required to replace the valve and repair the fireplace which is a higher cost than the total bill to Apex.

Description of Work: I hold porch posts installed and the installation was fine, but this job ended up costing me much more than I anticipated, and much more than what the coupon was for.
