Description of Work: $99 for 2 Hours of Electrical Labor Job wasn't completed in a timely manner. Communicated perfectly clear that there was no power at the location I wanted the ceiling fan installed, so they would have to run an electrical line. The installer had no idea and was very inexperienced. I actually needed to help him find the light switch in the wall, because it was a two person job they didn't come prepared for.

Client actually purchased discounted coupon on March 25, 2015 and set the appointment for the 7 April 2015. Purchase is for labor only and specifically listed in fine print and was explained in email correspondences as copy / pasted below: Client confirmation email- I am confirming April 7 with arrival between 9-930. I have two projects if time allows. I need a ceiling fan installed where there is no ceiling light. I have the fan with light kit but don't know what extra materials I would need. Second project, if time allows, is an outside light replaced. If someone could let me know what extra materials I need for the fan install I would appreciate it. Thank You Company Response- [Member name removed], It proves to be a little challenging giving a material list on a project without knowing all site conditions. Is there an open attic cavity above the desired area of install? Also for the switch leg there needs to be an attic space above an interior wall in which wiring can be fished down the wall for a switch. If attic space is known, a partial list would be a 4" round pancake box. wire grommets, remodel single gang box, switch/ cover. Wire unknown until arrival to determine gauge of existing. We carry some materials on van, if needed we can go to store and charge for materials needed, however this would use some of the time purchased. Any additional time is charged at the AL rate of $49.50 per hour. Thank you Client never responded with specific questions in regards to technical information and when technician arrived he was not able to install proficiently due to site conditions not explained. Client purchased one of our Angies List "Big Deals" for 4 hour of wood rot labor only. Im not sure where the dissatisfaction is as we performed a walk through with the client after the work was complete. We have also attempted to reach out to the client after this review and can not receive a return call to see what we could of or can do to their home. The home was in very poorly maintained and warranted a complete siding replacement as its existing wall covering is an LP product that is at a stage 4 deterioration of the lap siding. We quoted for replacement, however the client chose to change out select boards to mask areas of disrepair. Thank you for your feedback...

Description of Work: I purchased 2 hrs of electrical work for $99 and the service was performed to my expectations. Apex Design Build removed and installed coach lighting by my front entrance door and by my garage. The technician Chris called to confirm the appointment and assured me that even though rain was heavily forecasted that day he was certain that he could safely perform the job I had requested during a break in the rain. I was pleased to hear this and appreciative of the follow up call to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will use them again when the opportunity presents itself.

Description of Work: Apex was terrific. They arrived when they said they would. Spent 30 minutes or so trouble shooting our issue and ultimately replaced a few GFCI outlets. They took extra time to explain what they were doing. Would definitely use them again.

The coupon also states that you will provide all materials for the desired scope of work, in which you were not prepared.As far as your vocabulary: A derelict is a person without a home, job, or property.
