Description of Work: Replace a rotten column supporting the front porch. Also, ask for a quote on a French door, never received, that. The company was the third company who was asked but never put in a quote. Apparently, these type of companies for this type of work only do time and material work.

To make sure, he tested the area with a moisture detector The discoloration we were seeing was actually due to a missed spot left by a previous painter before we moved in (just a few months ago). David was professional and did not charge us for the evaluation.

+ 2 moreI was really impressed with Apex Design. I needed to have some exterior painting done after a storm and I was told to have a few items replaced that were showing age and damage. I purchased a deal on Angie's List and they were able to review the project and schedule within two weeks. The gentlemen that came to my house to complete the work had me walk them through everything before purchasing materials and did a great job. My painter even commented on the workmanship the following day. They were efficient and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. I would definitely hire again. The deal on AL was $179 for 4 hours work, and I paid an additional $106 for supplies and travel. The price may have been a little higher than others, but the fact that they were able to schedule and complete the job in a short window made it worth it to me.
Description of Work: Exterior wood rot on back deck and door needed to be replaced.
