It was done well. There were no additional charges.

Provider promptly replied via Angie's list messaging. Scheduling was pretty easy. They arrived quite early - would have been prudent to call first to ensure I was home but it all worked out. Guys were focused. Installation was quick. We had to work with the fixtures to get them to hang straight down vs. at a slight angle. That small attention to detail would have been nice. Overall, we're satisfied and would recommend them for general work.

The service went well. They were very quick and were on time.

It was great. They were professional and quick. I asked them to do a little more ..install an extra chandelier and they did it for 50 dollars.

They came on time and provided the service within two hours.

Work was done when promised. All was very good except for the fact that the shower curtain rod keeps falling down. Also they did not take away the considerable trash.

Everything was done well and I give the company an A for it's work product. Workers were friendly and knew what they were doing. I only have minor complaints as follows: -There was a miscommunication as to what time the workers would show up. I called the company 30 minutes after I expected their arrival and I got the sense that the guy on the other end of the phone was less than pleased to be hearing from me. I won't go into details as to what he said except that he was adamant that he stated in an email that the workers would be showing up an hour later than what I had thought. I checked my email and could not find this anywhere and I really thought he told me a different time when I previously spoke to him on the phone. Not a big deal. - One of the two workers gave me a business card and said to call if I needed more work done. I called about a week later and ended up arranging to have some more work done. He was a no show and did not return my calls after that. I am noting this here but I won't allow it to influence the review score since it is unrelated to the work that I ultimately had done. The only reason I put that I would not use this company again is due to my phone conversation with the company that I didn't feel went well and the fact that there was a no show the second time I tried to use them. It has nothing to do with the work that was performed. The work done was fine.

They installed stairs in my attic and worked on a light fixture. The materials need they went and got them and that was a plus. They guys were fine and friendly and they up dated me on what they were doing. I had purchased a door and they installed it for me.

They were prompt and helpful and cleaned up afterwards. They offered some good suggestions also. Two gentlemen did all the work in a timely manner. I will call on them again in the future. :)

They did a good job. They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. They got in and out quickly. Scheduling an appointment went well.

I was never able to make an appointment with this handyman. He was not available on any date that I could get off work.

Dave Wilson and his team were very professional, and were great to work with. The project ended up taking over a month due to all the different parts of the project. Dave was able to make recommendations which really changed the look of the house and updated the older style into a more contemporary style. We added a three-season room / addition and Dave's team did an amazing job making sure every detail of the room was 100% to our satisfaction. His team is very meticulous and very friendly. They are very detail orientated and we are very happy with the final product.

They did an excellent job installing the light fixtures and came back out to install a fan after my daughter purchased one.

2 Fellows came so the work went very quickly. They were prompt, friendly yet still professional. I would use this service again.12

The quality of their work was good but they did tile flooring and I got a tile crack so I need to call them back to have them fixed. It end up costing more than I thought it would but I thought the work was good. I would recommend them on their quality of their work. The cost was higher than the estimate but they tried to explain that they did more than that so I guess it was fair.

They arrived as scheduled and performed the work as planned. After they left, I noticed there was one picture that wasn't hanging right. I contaced the service provider and they were out first thing the next business day to correct the problem. Very responsive.

It could have gone better. The electrician appeared to be a sub-contractor for Apex. According to the person who was home when he arrived for the service call, he did not even check where the electric meter and lines came into the house which would have saved us some time in getting the problem tracked down. IPL took one look at the meter when they came out and immediately determined the meter base needed to be replaced which was our responsibility. The second electrician who came out quickly made the same determination. In the meantime, the other small fixes he made to use up the time we had purchased turned out to not really fix anything, just changed the issues with the light switches in question.

Two handymen arrived and started working in the kitchen and the bathroom off the kitchen. The younger handyman worked on tightening the kitchen faucet and the older handyman fixed the metal stoppers. Everything seemed to work fine and they fixed everything I had asked them to. The next day, when I looked under my kitchen sink, I found a lot of standing water. I cleaned it up and turned on the water and spotted the leak. The handyman had loosened the white connector to the drain and it was leaking water. I was able to easily tighten it and stop the leak. The wood under my sink is damaged from the water being on it overnight. Then I noticed later that day that my dishwasher wasn't working. The top rack of my dishwasher had broke about 2 months ago so I went to Lowes and got a new dishwasher. The installer from Lowe's just left and he said the water to the dishwasher was almost completely turned off which was why the dishwasher wasn't working properly. So, the handyman who loosened my connector to the drain also almost completely shut off the water to the dishwasher. What I don't understand is all I asked him to do is tighten the loose faucet; why in the world was he messing with the drain and the dishwasher water supply?

Everything went fine Its just that I can not afford the extra cost the project would cost at this time.

Slight hiccup on arrival time but it wasn't an issue for me. The 2 guys worked quickly to get the old fan out and the new one installed. It was a great to have someone complete the job so professionally. I can recommend them to install ceiling fans.

2 men arrived at my house on the stated day. They were about 15 minutes late but they called and let me know they were running late. Once they got there I explained what I had for them to do and they got right on it. I really didn't expect them to get to the final item but they finished all 3. I was very happy with their work.

David and his crew were great, they were organized and focused on the job at hand. David gave me the information I needed to make decisions on the tile and fixtures, he added to my design to make it the bathroom I've always wanted. Nate was the tile man and he listened to what I wanted as far as the design of the tile which turned out wonderful. Couldn't be happier, so glad I had the opportunity with the "big deal" to have this work done.

I used the SnapFix app, which located Apex as a provider. Dave came out on a Saturday and gave me the estimate, I planned for the work to be done over the Labor Day weekend and Dave and his crew were there on Friday and got started and finished Monday. I thought they would work Friday and Saturday, since Monday was a holiday, but they completed the work Friday and Monday, which was fine by me; it worked with my schedule.

Nothing stood out for me. I would use them in the future.

David came out to review the work that I was unhappy about. He told me that I bought the wrong size attic staircase and gave me a recommendation. What concern me was that his workers went ahead and installed the wrong attic staircase without informing me that I should get a different one. Once installed, it looked terrible. It was difficult to open and was wobbly. I went out and bought the recommended attic staircase and David had his workers return. It was installed properly and looks fine.
