Apex Design Build

It went pretty well. Here is something i think the provider should know. first: if you are doing a deal of 79.00 which is a great deal, you should go ahead and include a trip charge. Without this you may run into the issue like I did where I didnt know what materials to use until you came out. Second: When I met you, you were very nice and very professional. Be careful on your emails as they do come across as you may not care if the job gets done or not. I know thats not the case but just some advice from me. 3rd: I really didnt understand the ladder rental fee....do you not own ladders? An extra 20.00 was strange (still lots cheaper than my other quote) but should have been sent earlier on in the email rather than a note saying "there may be an extra charge". The guys who came out were great and very fast. You saved me tons of money. I had another company come out and quote me 400.00 to do the same thing you did for 100.00. Thank you again and If I need any other work I will call you again.

Great! easy to schedule. Worked steadily and got the job done in the time we hoped he would. All looks great!

They were good. They were thorough, quick and got the job done. They were very clean.

Chris arrived on time and looked at the task. He was able to install the cabinet we requested. He also fixed a small issue we had with a outlet. Finished all the work timely and cleaned up after himself. Super friendly guy and a great representative for the company. Thank you Chris!

All went well. He was professional, pleasant and polite. He worked efficiently and did a really good job at everything. My only minor complaint is he wasn't the greatest at cleaning up so I would give him a B- rating on that. Otherwise my overall rating would be an A. He got all the work done in approximately 6 hours.

He hung 3 full walls of pictures, cleaned the driveway, cleaned the front and back yard, put a walker together, put a bird bath together, and put a windmill together. He was very gracious and very well informed. I tried to have everything together for him and created a list of everything I needed done and had a plan for him. He stayed busy the whole time and was so nice.

No problems. Very professional. Actually did a better job than the original builder of the home.

I received an email from Apex Design Build and informed me that it's for insulation only, no attic stair included.

Electrician showed up exactly when the email said he would. He asked a couple of questions and got right to work. Everything is exactly how I wanted it and looks great!

The crew showed up right on time and completed the job within the 2 hours.

Scheduling was very easy. The job was completed in about an hour. My experience with them was fine.

Chris was on time, very personable, and professional! I didn't realize until shortly before he arrived I didn't receive the correct number of detectors I had ordered. He very graciously followed me to Home Depot so I could purchase what I needed. He completed the work well within the scheduled time frame. He answered my questions. I would definitely use their service again!

Excellent service, have used them again for outside wood repairs.

They were on time, ready to go, and did a great job, including throwing in a couple of small parts that I'd forgotten to supply.

The service worked out okay. They were a little slow in getting it done, but it was an old house, and they ran into some issues, but they took care of everything, and the bathroom is well done, and we are happy with it. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. The cost was considerably more, because we had them do additional work. When they got to a certain point, they went off to start another job, and didn't get back for a week or so, but they kept in contact.

After I purchased the deal and spoke with the company, I realized that my bathroom and basement remodeling project would be much more work than the deal stated. I decided to get a refund on the Big Deal. The company seemed like they would be very easy to work with, I just wanted to go a different route. I would consider using this company for a future project.

I paid a little for materials but it was not that much. No unexpected issues.

It was fine. They came out the time they said they were going to come out in the time period. It didn't take no more than maybe 20 minutes. I was very pleased with them. I had to get the supplies. I had to get the roofing nails. They had emailed me and told me the supplies that I needed. I had roofing nails and everything, that was all that I needed. What I like about them is they got the work, done it, got it done and then they were gone. I didn't have to wait all day for them. A lot of times you have to wait. But they came did what they have to do and they were gone. I was very pleased with them. Pricing wasn't bad at all. I would use them again.

The service was fine. They came out quite soon after I purchased the Big Deal, probably within a few days. There were additional charges to the $79 Big Deal because I did not what to do. They went and bought the materials. I paid for the materials so there were no charges other than for me to reimburse them for the materials. The cost of the materials was $30. The weather stripping they installed is working fine. They did a good job. They did not measure right and one of my doors does not have any weather stripping across the top. I chose the Pelé go because I did not want to get my weather stripping, but what they did, they did fine. When the door was not plumb and the weather stripping was not going in right, I heard them talking so they made an effort to make sure they got it in there so it worked. The pricing was fair.

Dave and his team were very professional. They went right to work demoing the old bathroom and prepping for the new walk-in shower, and tile floor. They were considerate and prompt with all requests that were made and cleaned up the worksite (a bathroom in the middle of our home) every day. That was a huge thing for my wife and I as we have a 2 year old son that likes to run around the house. When we perform our next bath and/or kitchen upgrade, we'll definitely use Apex again.

They were really great. Two electricians came out and they didn’t over the 2 hours. They were respectful, showed up on time and did a great job. We had them move an outlet and a hanging light fixture outlet too.

Service was great. Would recommend and use again in the future.

They placed rolled up chicken wire around the base of the storage shed stapled the wire to the shed and placed hooks connected to the shed and the ground for a tight and secure fit. They went around the structure twice and did an outstanding job in extremely cold weather.
