Exceptionally well. I am rather picky when it comes to who I invite into my home. After meeting and dealing with Sally and Heidi, I was very relaxed and comfortable. I feel I no longer need to be home when they are in my home cleaning. These two work very well together as a team. They are friendly, personable, and friendly with our pets. Highly recommend!!

I have used Top to Bottom for a number of years....As a matter of fact, this service did twice-a-month cleaning in my prior dwelling, and graciously 'followed' their service to my new home, even though it it larger than my old one. Top to Bottom is very punctual, professional, and when my schedule changes, adjusts my regular cleaning days to a new time/day. Can't say enough good things about them!!

I hired Sally and her co-worker Heidi as a surprise pre holiday cleaning for my girlfriend. They went along with timing it so they showed up right after my girlfriend went to work. They were extremely friendly and did a though job.

I called on a Sunday to see if they could come that week. Even with the short notice, they were able to come out the following Tuesday. They said since this is a one time thing it will be about $100 to $150 for the cleaning. They were good about arriving on time, only about 15 mins late. My husband was there and showed them the areas I wanted them to focus on and I also made them a list(I was at work when they came by). They finished in 2 hours and said the price would be $150 regardless of how long it would take. When I came home from work the house looked great! You could tell the floors were cleaned very well-which is one thing I wanted them to focus on. They also used this cleaning agent in our toilets that had a rust stain in them which made the rust stain completely disappear! I was pretty excited about this because I have tried so many products on it and could not find a single thing that would get rid of it. The only thing I was dissappointed in, was the quality in other parts of their cleaning. I noticed they crossed off on my list that they cleaned our showers, but the shower glass and the nozzle looked the same as before with all 3 showers. Also was the same for the sinks in all 3 baths-especially the faucet/knob areas. We also had one room that really needed scrubbed and it looked the same as before they came. So I guess overall, I wasnt sure if it was something that needed a better communication about or they were just trying to get the job done as quickly as possible and not considering quality. I have never had house cleaning done before but I am going to try others to see if I can get a better quality overall.

I contacted a few different companies but defaulted to Top To Bottom because of their ratings on Angie's List. I messaged her and they replied within a few minutes. Shortly after we were on the phone and scheduling a time. She had said they were extremely busy but they were able to fit me in within a few days. They were priced a bit higher than the other people I spoke with but again, I trusted Angie's list reviews and was willing to pay a little more for the guarantee. I was doing this as a surprise for my wife's birthday and they were extremely flexible. I wasn't able to be there when they cleaned but Sally was very open to coordinating with my sister on how to get in to the house. I came home and they did an AMAZING job. The house has never looked so great. We had a lot of stuff out (like I said it was a surprise) and they had been able to clean around and under everything and even put it back. A lot of what they did (deep clean showers, baseboard, dust fans/fixtures) are things that two people working full time with 2 dogs and a baby sometimes just can't get around to. It was great to have true experts really get in there to hit the reset button! My wife came home and just cried because she was so happy. I will definitely use them again in the future. Called Sally the owner of Top to Bottom about cleaning my home about 3 months ago. She responded immediately and set up a convenient time to come see the house and give an estimate. Her price was acceptable and we set up a convenient time for the initial cleaning. Sally and her partner Heidi arrived right on time and started cleaning immediately. They bring all their own supplies other than a vacuum and that is only because I have a dog and two cats (lots of animal hair to vacuum up).They clean well as a team and are very efficient. When they were finished with the first cleaning they gave me a lower price to come back on a regular basis. So now I have them come every two weeks. They have been coming regular for about three months now and each time they ask if there is anything they are missing or something special that I see needs attention. I am still surprised they can fly through the entire house in two hours. Both Sally and Heidi are very pleasant to work with and I am pleased with the service they provide. I do have to admit that I did not get any other estimates from other cleaning companies because I was pleased with what they offered.

It went very well. They arrived on time, went right to work. They started in the back of the house and ended up in the front. They did all the rooms. I was very pleased with the job that they did for me. The birds had pooped on my bedroom window and she went out and cleaned it off. I would use them again. They were completed in under two hours. I also got the discount for using Angie's list to contact them.

They arrived on-time and did exactly what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again.

I called top to bottom because I was looking for a good cleaning service that was friendly, professional, and good. I wanted to try them out and hopefully do a biweekly clean. I hired maid pro originally to do a move in clean, they were horrible and missed so many spots (as well as charged a fortune). So there was a lot to do; plus I just moved in three weeks ago and boxes are everywhere. There was a lot of drywall dust as well because we had rooms repainted. Our house is a two story, 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a baby and cat. First sally was prompt and responsive in calling me back, she immediately set up a time and gave me a price over the phone. She and Heidi showed up on time and got right to work. They were a pleasure to hang out and chat with, they flew through the house and did a great job. They got all the spots maid pro had missed with their 5 person team during their 4hours of cleaning. They were receptive to everything I asked of them and were courteous and had all their supplies with them. They worked great as a team. After they were done I quickly asked them to come back in two weeks!

They did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They tackled the cobwebs, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds and even did my windows on the inside in every room! Every knick-knack, shelf, picture and wall hanging was dusted along with the wood furniture. All the floors were vaccumed or hand washed, and the upholstery also was vaccumed. The kitchen cabinets and appliances were all wiped down. The bathroom was scrubbed including the tub and shower. They were both very pleasant and worked well together. They were also very good with my nervous, older dog. I am very happy with their work and plan to continue to have them clean for me at least twice a month.

I will never call this Company again. All I got was excuses why they couldn't do the job.

I hired Top to Bottom to clean our rental house after we moved out. They arrived on time and did a great job. They were courteous. I contacted them for a receipt a couple weeks after they cleaned my home and they sent me one right away and were very helpful

I called the day before the appointment and they showed up on time. They did a great job and everything smelled so great...very professional and they were great with my dogs. I would definitely have them back again.

We are very satisfied.

I just needed them to help with one room and they were here for around two hours. I would use them again and recommend them.
