Description of Work: I have hired this company multiple times in the past based off an Angie's List recommendation. Just recently he cleaned two areas of carpet plus a stairway. We have been very happy with him and have recommended him to friends in the area.

Description of Work: Pretreated high traffic area and pet stains. Very efficient. Only complaint was that carpet was VERY wet and took over 24 hours to dry (with 2 floor fans and a ceiling fan on.)

+ -1 moreOwner responded back from request promptly with date/ time of scheduled appointment for carpet cleaning. Carpets were cleaned thoroughly and looked great. Owner was very experienced and gave us tips on our carpet care. We would not hesitate to use this company for carpet cleaning services or other services provided.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in living room, hallway, stairs, bedroom, basement family room and basement bathroom.

+ -1 moreI have pets and need my carpets cleaned periodically. I never had to wait for an appointment longer than a few days. In my opinion, Southlake Carpet Cleaning is an excellent choice. I highly recommend them and I am very finicky.
Description of Work: The last time I hired Ed, he cleaned my sofa. As always he was professional, polite, and punctual. He has been cleaning my carpets and sofas for more than 10 years. The solvents he uses are very effective. Within 48 hours, I always receive a follow-up telephone call to ensure my satisfaction. I would not hire anyone else to clean carpets or furniture. His price is very reasonable, which is a major concern when considering a service related company.

+ 0 moreHe came over and went right to work and completed both jobs curtioulsy and quickly. The price was not an object for me since I wanted the job done correctly. I really don't know how much it cost but I don't think it was exorbinate. No "ups annd extras" just a good price for a great job.
