Arrived on time, checked all areas to be cleaned, asked about any major spots to be cleaned and then got to work.

I was given a good explanation over the phone about what to expect. The previous night I was called and reminded of the appointment for the next day. Arriving promptly, Jason brought his tools (vacuums, hoses, aircompressor, brushes) in and set our to vacuum and clean all out returns, main and vents. Three hours later the work was done, clean, neat and efficient.

They are located in the next county. I don't remember the price, but the way they characterized it, it was not the highest and not the lowest because they seemed to know what they were doing. They sell industrial carpet cleaning equipment and products so they are in that business as well. They were very professional. They weren't able to remove one of the problems with one of the carpets. We will probably have to replace that carpet. It is in a lower level and I think it is water damage. But they did a good job of cleaning all the satins in the upstairs carpet. They were very polite and professional. The price was a good value but it wasn't the cheapest. We found them initially on the Angie's List website and then they had their own website. Their website was very informative.
