Description of Work: The lock on the door was frozen, and we couldn't open the door. Chad removed the old lock, replaced the lock, and keyed the lock so that we could use the old keys.

+ -1 moreTechnician was punctual and got right to work, even worked around the movers that were still on-site. There was an issue with one of the handles/locks but he had a replacement available in the vehicle. Everything went super smoothly and we were highly satisfied. Will definitely recommend to others!
Description of Work: We needed 4 doors/6 locks rekeyed when we moved into our new home. I contacted Pop-A-Lock on Thursday and they were able to come on Friday afternoon (move in day).

+ -1 moreEverything went great. Chad is a true professional. He was personable, patient, and understanding. He approached the dilemma from a least cost perspective allowing for entrance to the car at the lowest possible cost. Chad was absolutely amazing.
Description of Work: Unlocked a vehicle when the keys were locked inside. This required making a new standard (no electronic chip) key
