I was looking for an honest, efficient and affordable company to put my 90 year old mother's Generac generator in working order. From my first call to NWI to the finished product, this company was service oriented, efficient and professional without "taking her to the cleaners" for the cost of service. I hired NW Indiana generator about 4 years ago to install a 20k generac. They did a fantastic job. Guys were clean friendly and efficient. Also they have done annual service for me. Would recommend for sure.

The problem that occasioned the service call was relatively trivial, but was addressed expeditiously and explained clearly. The service person actually arrived at the precise mid-point of the estimated service window, a rare treat.

A fair price, quality workmanship, and they were on time with the project. The owner (Chris) made sure that any concerns/questions I had were properly addressed.

All workers were very cordial and did their best to achieve a great outcome. The owner is fabulous!! Our thanks to Chris for everything!

I would have given all 5-stars, but the customer service person was not very friendly. Honestly, I felt like I was bothering her with my questions. I felt she should have given me information without me having to ask, such as the anticipated costs for service. As it was, she basically made the appointment and had nothing else to say. The maintenance work is excellent, but for me, she doesn't reflect the same. It seemed by her tone and hurriedness, that she didn't want to be bothered.

everything as promised, I would recommend them to anyone that needs a generator. They installed a whole house one for me. Very Happy with the service and the company as a whole.

The young lady in customer service was awesome! Very polite and helpful. The install went smooth and they were very knowledgeable. Looks great! almost looking forward to a power outage.
