 + -1 morewe went in to the shop and talked to the lady at the desk.. we told her our rough opening size and she did up an order for us. we looked over the quote and the sizes she put in were correct to our rough opening. we paid to have it stained and after 5 weeks get a call that it is done We pick it up and go to install it and it is too big. I called and talked to customer service and was told that our ignorance is not there fault. Doors are ordered by door size not rough opening. I told him we gave the rough opening size and the sales person never said that we need the door size. I was told that if we didn't know how to order a door we should have gotten a contractor to come in and order it for us. The word ignorance came up numerous times in our talk. He told me that I can throw away the door and order a new one It's not there problem

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SHIPPED IT VERY QUICKLY. THE PRICE AND QUALITY WERE ALSO AMAZING. THERE REPRESENTATIVES WERE ALSO VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US PICK OUT A DOOR.
Description of Work: THEY MADE OUR FRONT 8 FOOT, MAHOGANY, DOUBLE DOOR FOR OUR NEW HOUSE.
