This is an excellent service. Always on time, technician great, Always go above and beyond.

It is a rental property, so communication between me, renters and company is always a test. With Master Clean went very well. Smooth process from a-z. I have 5 year warranty, we'll see. So far so very good.

The Masterclean agent did not offer to vaccuum the rooms which needed cleaning before beginning the cleaning process. We were in the process of moving, so there were visible pieces of debris on the floor like dog hair and small pieces of cardboard. I asked the agent if he needed me to vaccuum really quick before he got started or if he would vaccuum before cleaning. He tried to convince me that vacuuming was not necessary before adding water to the situation. I told him I would vaccuum it myself. I explained to the agent that one room had two visible (but very recent) pet stains. I specifically asked him to target those spots and add pet odor neutralizer to whatever solution he intended to use. He stated that he would and quot;find somethingand quot; in the truck to deodorize. When he was done, the stains were just as visible as they were when he arrived. And NONE of the rooms smelled better. Even worse, the next day, when the carpets dried, the carpets were coarse and rough to the touch whereas before they were soft. Last month, I had two other rooms done by a different company. THAT company vaccuumed before they started the cleaning process, deodorized, and easily removed three pet stains which were older and made by the same dog. I know that Masterclean excludes pet stains from its guarantee, but this is a very high end house with high end carpet that has stain protection on it. I have never EVER had a probelm with stains coming out quickly and easily when the carpets are cleaned with any other company. Very disappointed and absolutely a waste of my money. The carpets were in worse condition after Masterclean arrived than they were before Masterclean arrived. The new tenants were moving in the next day, so I didn't have time to have them come back out and fix the job. I did try calling them that night, but the office was already closed.

They are very good, very thorough I would use them again in the future. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Completely cleaned, including pet accidents. Very friendly and excellent price. Will use them to do the in-house cleaning.

Excellent service at an excellent price. Very thorough and extremely reasonable. The serviceman was delayed briefly and called to let us know, but still showed up sooner than expected. We were very pleased with the results and will definitely use this service again.

Cleaned so well

It's a family owned business. They are very professional. They do a good job. They are honest. Their price is fair. I have a hanging room. It's a three ways joined area but I can't get that cleaned because underneath is a purges. I couldn't believe that I found a place to clean that inside. I was looking from five or six years for people who could do that. They do it and have the facility. They are not too far from my house. I can drop the rugs and pick that up. They are number one. I will call them again in the future.

My overall experience with Masterclean was excellent. Their price was excellent. The quality of their cleaning was excellent. They were very responsive. They were perfect about being punctual. They were totally professional. I would absolutely use them again. They have a place at their business where I send all the area rugs of my house. I have 10 x 9 area rugs that need to go get cleaned and they have a facility where I could have them come and pick the rugs up and take them there because one cant steam on top of the rugs I have. It will wreck it and one can't run the big cleaning machines on it. So, I roll my rugs and, I either have them come and pick it up, or drop it off myself, because they are not very far from where I live. They steam them, dry them, and hang them and they are careful with whatever they do. It is perfect. We have had them for a long time. I saw their advertisement by accident in the local newspaper. The first time I called them, they told me that they could clean my area rugs at their place or mine. I was glad about that.

I scheduled Masterclean right before Christmas and they were able to accomodate me within the week. The technician was prompt and cleaned everything that was scheduled and even added pieces of furniture that I had forgotten to list prior to appointment. He explained to me when he was unable to remove some of the spots on the furniture and why. I have used this company many times and will continue to use their services

The man I got the estimate from was very knowledgeable and fair with his prices. The workers came in at a reasonable time and work was done quickly. The result of their work has proven more than satisfactory. No one that lives in the house suffers from any type of mold sickness, and there is no evidence of any mold that may have been missed. I definitely recommend this company.

When I called the person answering was very patient with my questions and quite courteous. After giving me a quote she asked if I wanted to book an appointment but I said I was calling several places for quotes. When I called back an hour later she remembered me and we set an appointment for the following week. The day before the cleaning they called to confirm. The technician arrived within the 30 minute window as promised. It was raining outside and he expressed concern about tracking water throughout the house, so he recommended going through our garage so as to not make an unnecessary mess. He was very friendly and cleaned the carpets well. I pointed out two spots and he was able to get both of them out. He was in and out in less than 90 minutes. A very good experience overall.

I WAS CONTENT WITH THE WAY MY FURNITURE TURNED OUT. THEY LOOKED LIKE NEW PIECES OF FURNITURE. THIS COMPANY WAS VERY QUICK WITH THEIR WORK AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WHILE THEY WERE WORKING.

THEY DID A PRETTY AVERAGE JOB ON EVERYTHING. THEY GOT OUT MOST OF THE STAINS, BUT THE OLDER ONES ARE STILL THERE IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY. I THOUGHT THEY CHARGED A BIT TOO MUCH FOR THE JOB THAT THEY DID.
