Everything went fantastic! They do great work and have great service. They're very professional.

1st job went well, few small hang ups but nothing major. 2nd and 3rd jobs I was very disappointed in. The price was agreed upon through email and then was switched when they came to the house to sign contracts. Work that was suppose to be in the contracts was not. I was never told when the job was even finished since I did not live at the subject property. All the fascia was replaced on the 3rd job but they left all the old drip edge which was this horrible green color. So now I have all new white soffit fascia and gutters with a green stripe down the edge. I hired a company like and paid more not to have to deal with these issues. Was definitely not worth the extra money. I would not recommend M&M

The salesman arrived early for our appointment and gave me an instant estimate. We called the next day to accept the quote and he came over that same day to finalize the paperwork. He said it would take two weeks but it turned out they had the shingles in stock so the shingles arrived the next day and the job was done the day after that. They protected my deck and gazebo during the job and did an EXTREMELY thorough clean-up job afterward. We are very satisfied.

After a hard rain, I noticed that the leak was WORSE. Water was coming in Called M & M. I was told that the work was not guaranteed. The salesman proceeded to tell us that the stack was all rusted. Well, the stack he was talking about was the stack for the first floor furnace. He didn't even know the scope of the work. So, another contractor was called to look at the roof. After examining it, he said that M & M did not replace the lead boot (which was on the work order). He also said that they did not fasten down the furnace stack flashing. The company was called again and they did not and would not send anyone out to resolve the issue. The salesman gave me some kind of mumbo jumbo about calling the HVAC who installed the furnace. The furnace guy told me that roofers do that kind of work. So, they TOOK MY MONEY. Too bad for them because I'm going to get this issue resolved one way or another. The media needs to know about this....

The quote process was great. They are the only company I called that did everything via tablet (no paper) and had actual samples of the roofing materials, gutters and leaf guards. They were one of the few that offered financing as well. The process was very professional and the price was in line with others. The contract process was also paper-free and getting approved for financing was a breeze. We got 12 months interest free financing which was awesome. The crew that arrived to do the roof was very professional and did a great job. The roof was completed in under one day. The foreman greeted me and gave me a card with his number. They even replaced the rotten soffits on my shed as they re-roofed it. They remembered other details like removing and disposing of an old satellite dish. The roof looks great now. The crew that did the gutters was also professional and did great. The gutters foreman also greeted me and gave me his contact info. They made the new gutter downspouts to the exact length I requested. There was a weird thing where the gutter bill got sent to me even though it was finaced. They warned me about that though so it wasn't a big issue. The bill for the cost of the plywood replacement was not sent to me, so I had to request that. Overall very professional, easy, paper free, excellent employees and awesome options. My house looks a lot better and will protect my family into the future.

Salesman can out as expected and provided the estimate on roughly the 5th of February. Estimate was suppose be delivered the following week of the 8th. I followed up with the salesman on the 8th to inquire about the estimate delivery date. Estimate was finally delivered on the 16th of February at least 10 days later. Salesman apologized as he thought the estimate was sent out earlier. Issues sometimes happen so no worries. After receiving the final estimate from all suppliers it appeared that M&M had the lowest bid however I followed up with the salesman on the 27th of February via email to get updated price as he quoted 5" gutters and we have commercial grade 6" gutters. I didn't realize this until comparing supplier bids. I heard no response in the following week so I called their office. I informed the office admin that I needed to speak with my salesman to get an updated quote. I informed her that he had not responded via email so I was calling. She recognized the individual's name and then forwarded the call to him. I got his voicemail and left a message. Today is the 8th of March and I have yet to receive a follow up call. This engagement started out good however the failed follow through from the sales associate makes me question viability of the service provided.

The repair was performed well. It was a cold wintery day and the roof was slippery from frost. The workers were diligent and prompt. My only complaint was they left some pieces of shingles and nails on the ground. Other than that it was a good job.

M&M does quality work and are very professional. They were highly recommended by a neighbor. We also asked for references of house that they did, along with other companies that we were considering. We were very impressed with the M&M quaility and hired them to do our work. They did not disappoint us. We were very satisfied in the job and would highly recommend them to family and friends. If we ever need any other work they will be the first that we will call. Although their quotes were on the high end of other quotes we received, the quality was well worth it.

When I compared, other places would have charged me a piece-meal. The guy that came out had the minimum charge and so this was in line with the other prices and the guy was apologizing that they had nothing less than that. It was $325 whether it was one shingle or ten. It would have been the same. They were good. The work is great. They sent two guys out. I would recommend them. I do not like the price. If they could come up with some other way of doing it, but they were in line with what everybody else is charging. The quality of the work was good.

There was a three step process. A sales person came to the house and we came to an agreement about price and type of window. Then the sales person contacted the measurer. The measurer came to the house and measured the window area and described the installation process. The window was special ordered. We waited about five weeksfor the window to be delivered to M and M. Then we set up an appointment to have the window installed. The installation team of two people were professional, fast and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Smooth from day One. On July 21, the Lib Mut insurance adjuster and Nathan (from M&M) arrived within ten minutes of one another. They both went to work examining, measuring, discussing, etc for a good 45 minutes. Nathan stayed briefly while adjuster explained details of coverage and a down payment check was given to him to initiate ordering the materials. The job was completed in one day on August 20 with a crew of five men. The crew was diligent about clearing the roof debris and nails from lawn. They were considerate of not trampling the yard plants close to house. M&M staff and crew are polite and professional. M&M's office contacted me several times before the job to inquire about scheduling to ask if I had questions and to explain about material delivery and how to prepare property. Their office has phoned several times since installation. These phone calls, both pre-installation and follow-up, are greatly appreciated by this homeowner. I like being kept in the loop. During a recent follow-up call (December 2014), I had opportunity to share that I noticed water running down exterior wall of porch when it rained. It was an easy fix for M&M by caulking area where the 60 year-old siding had chipped/cracked away from trim boards on porch roof. There was no additional charge either. I am pleased that I contacted M&M and satisfied with their excellent customer service and installation experience . They are great, solid company with great integrity -- an A plus!

We’re satisfied. They did what they said they would. There was a little something but in the end, it all worked out fine. They were fine.

They did a great job, were on time, cleaned up the area they worked on and were very pleasant.

Manny came out and talked with me about my construction needs. I am having work that is being funded through my city. Manny was excellent, very professional, courteous and knowledable of the work needing to be done. Unfortunately the type of bidding porcess I was neededing was not something that M&M performs. I would definetely call them for any roofing ,gutter or window repairs.

We had damage to our home from a hail storm on 5-11-2014 so we called M&M for the work, as they were given an A on AngiesList. Their salesman came out on the 17th to go over everything and inspect the damage. On the 21st our salesman met our insurance adjuster so he could represent our best interest. On the 22nd our salesman came by to remeasure the house for an entire siding replacement. Our insurance needed verification that our style and color of siding was no longer available, and I explained that to the salesman, he assured me that he would take care of it. On the 29th our salesman called to inform us that he had quit working for M&M, but that he had sent all the paperwork to the main office. Maybe I shouldn't have, but I expected a call from the company that day to tell us what was going to happen now. We hadn't heard anything from M&M for a few days, so on the morning of Tuesday June 3rd I called the company to find out what was going on. The lady that answered the phone was apologetic once I told her what was going on. She took my information again and assured me that Trevor the sales manager would call that day. He didn't call that day or the next day. So in the afternoon my wife called and finally spoke to him. I called Trevor a little later in the afternoon to be sure that he understood what our insurance required. He did not return my call that day either. After thinking about all of this, I decided to end all dealings with M&M. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have nothing to show for it, and I was worried that I would have to keep chasing them to get anything done. So this morning (the 5th) I called M&M as soon as they opened in order to tell them that I was done with them. I called early because I wanted to be courteous, unlike a person in their employment. I spoke to the lady on the phone and explained what was going on, and how I was done with them and getting another contractor. She then asked if I would tell Trevor, and I agreed to. She put me through to his cell phone, which went to voice mail, so I left a very clear message about why I wasn't going to use his company and was getting a new contractor. Well of course he didn't call me back, but at 11:30 I received a call from a salesman at M&M who said that Trevor gave him our information and now he was going to take care of us. So I had to tell a third M&M employee that I wasn't going to use their services and was getting another contractor. I will never use this contractor and will warn anyone who mentions using them.

Job went fine. They were on time. Cleaned up the area and removed old gutters, etc. Price seemed reasonable. Had a follow up call checking to see if satisfied.

The pricing was very fair. They came in and did the job very well and quickly. They cleaned up nicely and the people who did the work were very professional.

Perfectly. When the job was finished, Mark explained how the windows worked and how to clean them.

Grew annoyed with cancellations and lack of communication so decided against using them

First appointment they didn't show up. We called them to find out why. We scheduled again. When their guy showed up he talked like the company was awesome and creative and he knew exactly how to make us the kitchen we wanted. He took measurements and said they would be back with us in about a week. We didn't hear anything so after two weeks we called. No call back. We called again. Finally someone called back and said the guy is no longer with them and they don't have any of the information. They said they would call us in a couple days to send someone else out. No call back. Called again a week later to find out if they were going to come out or not and they said they didn't have anyone else to work our area and were looking for more people to work for them. We didn't hear back at all from them. We wasted like 6 weeks calling and waiting. The ironic thing is during this time our local newspaper kept having a insert for their company, but I don't know why if they didn't even have anyone available to do the work.

They are very professional. They work very well with the customer. They take care of everything. When they are gone, even though they were here, everything is picked up, everything is perfect. I only had one issue and they came back right away and took care of it for me. Their punctuality was good, they showed up ahead of time, it was awesome.
