Description of Work: I has a shutter fall off of the upper front window on the house during some high winds. In the past they had replaced some of the vinyl siding on the front after a hail storm. The shutter was in that area. They did not want to bother with the shutter issue. It's on the second floor I don't have a ladder to get up that high and I would hurt myself is I fall. It's just a simple repair. I have the undamaged shutter in the garage now.

Description of Work: Nothing! Contacted the provider who did not do tile work. Tile is what I wanted in my bathroom. None of providers offered the service I needed. I indicated a date only because survey forced me to do so.

Description of Work: Tear off of old roof and installation of new. Ice and water protection applied, plus new vents and chimney chase. Work was completed in less than one day. Clean up was fantastic. All contacts were very professional and timely. They are very hard workers. They all wear shirts with the M & M logo and their trucks are spotless. I was impressed with their appearance and their workmanship.

 + 0 moreArrived quickly and completed roof. Completed gutters and soffits in a timely manner. Gutters leaked in several locations, roofing had asphalt type material for ice dam instead of rubber, ice dam material was unevenly distributed on roof and hung into gutters in several locations. Didn't use drip edge on roof - folded over aluminum instead - this caused buckling of shingles where aluminum didn't fit to roof well and also didn't support shingles on edge well. Gutters were screwed instead of riveted - sharp ends of screws were left throughout gutters and downspouts - very dangerous for cleaning.
Description of Work: Tore off old roof and put on new. Aluminum Soffits and Gutters.

 + 0 moreThey came out and did the roof. They used 9 inch nails which punctured all of the boards in the garage. They ruined my cedar attic. They broke through fascia boards and I had to hire an attorney for them to come back out. They caused $1500 of damage. They came back out and replaced all the fascia boards. They had to caulk where they busted through the wood. They did extend the warranty to 15 years, instead of the normal 5. It has been a nightmare. I wish I never hired them. They sold me leaf-guard gutters and did not tack them down correctly. This work was done last August and they still have to come back out to the house to fix things. I would never hire them again. They tried to make good, but only because I got an attorney involved.
Description of Work: They put an entire new roof on the home and also on the garage. They also added leaf-guard gutters on my home.

Description of Work: M & M Roofing put a new, shingled roof on my home, they removed the old roof. The new roof used 300 squares.
