 + -1 moreThey came out when they said and installed the tub and roughed-in the plumbing. I thought it was odd they never looked at the installation instructions for the faucet or the tub but figured they were professionals and knew what they were doing. I was wrong. When it was time to install the trim pieces for the faucet I realized the tub spout rough-in was too short so they had to come back out and extend it. Then the shower rough-in was too deep so I had to buy another shower arm to install it properly. Finally, the mixer was set back too deep in the wall and the handle will not work. The solution to the last problem is a $50 part from Kohler. In speaking with the owner it became very evident he didn't care about a homeowner job because according to him he has "10 contractors he works with" and doesn't rely on small projects. If you need a project done right the first time, go elsewhere.
Description of Work: I needed a bathtub installed and new plumbing roughed-in for the faucet.
