 + -1 moreHe searched high and low for a new lock and fixed it; we were thrilled. We were not even here when we did the work. He was on time, efficient and changed all the locks. He was wonderful and I would not use anybody else. His pricing was competitive with everybody else.
Description of Work: I used J & R Lock Service to repair a broken lock on our door wall.

 + -1 moreThe telephone call was heated and I could not beieve what he was saying. I was not happy and he didn't care.
Description of Work: I had given specific directions with a phone # to call if problems. When he didn't show I called and he claimed I hadn't given him the info. Either someone didn't pass along the info as well as the app't time and date or one of us is nuts.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME TO REPLACE THE LOCKS WITHIN A VERY SHORT TIME AFTER I CALLED THEM. I THINK THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE AS I WAS EXPECTING A MUCH HIGHER CHARGE. THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER CONSCIOUS COMPANY.
Description of Work: HE CHANGED THE LOCKS TO MY HOUSE AFTER I LOST MY KEYS.
