Excellent. Salesman came out and showed me the different brands of available doors that they carried. I selected a door that had thick insulation, but had to wait about 4 weeks because they had to order it due my door not being a standard length. Door came in sooner and it was installed by two individuals who were prompt, efficient and professional. They even did a great job of cleaning up when finished. They also instructed me on how to maintain the springs and rollers.

The job went very well. We are very pleased.

I found Higgins on Angie's List and they had great ratings. I called last week and they scheduled me very quickly. The young men they sent were very nice and professional. I asked a lot if questions and it didn't seem to bother them. They explained what they were doing and why. They adjusted the sensitivity of the garage door closing for the new rubber seal. They also took the time to spray WD40 on the brackets of my garage door. I am getting another appointment to replace the seals (FV) at the side and top of my door. I really liked them.

From start to finish they have been very nice, knowledgeable and professional. We had other companies come out and give us estimates, but Jeff was the most thorough in his measurements and concerns over the size of our door openings (smaller than normal) The installation crew was very neat and I am amazed at how the wires were installed up and out of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for installation or service of their garage doors.

I called the company around 10am to have garage door serviced, and the receptionist was very pleasant. She indicated that today's schedule was busy but would try to have someone out later today or tomorrow afternoon. She called back in a few hours and indicated that a repairman would be out today. The service tech was pleasant, professional, and took pride in his work even though it was very cold and around end of working day. He fixed the tension on the spring, lubricated rollers, tightened and replaced missing screws, and adjusted sensors several times until everything worked properly and smoothly. Before Bob left, he made sure I was happy with the work completed, and he tested the door several times just to be sure that all issues were corrected. I felt he was honest with his recommendations and would definitely recommend their services.

Replaced 2 torsion springs & adjusted door.

From my initial inquiry thru install it was great. Jeff reached out immediately after my Angie's List inquiry and set up an appointment at the property. He was punctual, professional and very informative. No pressure on the sale either. We reached back out to book install. Payment was easy and they were flexible on the timing of the install. Took 3 weeks to get the door ordered. I was not there for install but aside from the noticeable cosmetic difference you would not have known they were there. The door itself is a major upgrade from the old. We went with styrofoam injected steel door with new motor and tracks. Also upgraded the motor to provide for internet capable controls. We have toe kick sensors for kids and outside key panel. We already notice the difference from heat perspective as the door is perfectly sealed against the frame of the garage. While not a huge deal for us, it is virtually silent when in motion which again is a big difference from the old chain pulled door. The windows were a nice addition to provide for some natural light. I'd definitely use these guys again if i needed another garage and recommend giving them a look.

The installers arrived 15 minutes early and got right to work. They installed a new "mini" garage door on my shed. The installation was performed quickly and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after the installation. I will be using them again for future needs.

I could not have asked for a better experience in this business transaction. Sales, installation, and back office personnel were all knowledgeable and very professional. We had multiple businesses come out to provide estimates and installation recommendations and there was no comparison. Higgins Door impressed us from the beginning. From start to finish we had absolutely nothing to criticize. They even went above and beyond what I would normally expect. For example, after the job was already complete they asked how we came to select them. I had mentioned Angies list and they asked if I had the discount coupons. I forgot all about the coupons. They waited while I printed them off and I received an additional discount, after everything was already done. On top of that I received a garage operator repeater module for older cars. This is something that some other folks charge extra for at a cost of $35 to $50 dollars. Several weeks after installation one small electronic part began to act up. Arranging a followup service call was no trouble at all and the part was was promptly replaced. There was no "we'll get back to you in a week" scheduling delay. What more can you ask for? I just wish all contractors and serice people were this good. These folks have my highest recommendation.

It went really well! Spring broke over the weekend and looked Higgins up on Angie's List, top rated. Called and luckily they were working in my area so could do it right away. Sure enough the minute I got home their truck pulled in. Assessed the problem told me about what it would cost and 45 minutes later done and slightly under the estimate. The guys were polite and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

Their process is great. Jeff the sales guy listens, sends door color samples home with you and doesn't pressure. Their pricing is good, their installers are quick and professional, and did a nice job of explaining all of the new features, maintenance etc that we need to do to keep our door running for years. It was a great experience with Higgins. I would highly recommend them.

They troubleshooted and went the "extra mile" and re-programmed our remotes. Fixed some loose wires. Did not charge us for the work!!!! The first time they were out was to replace the broken springs in garage door. All work was done to perfection and with professional behavior. Honestly, I cannot say enuff good things about this company. I will always call them in the future!

The two installers were professional and friendly and very informative on what they were replacing and why. They took the extra time to explain how to troubleshoot and to maintain our three garage doors. They also discussed what we could do in future years if we wanted to replace our doors, as they are getting old and one is starting to crack. We did have to wait for an appointment date, but it was worth the wait since it was a good experience. We got a three hour service appointment time and the the workers were within that time. Also, it was nice to get a courtesy call from the office that the technicians were on their way to the house. Overall, our garage doors work now and are nice and quiet!

They had the best price of everyone selected and they're very flexible in their scheduling policies. They are installing all three openers at the same time.

Great! From the first phone call through installation this company was professional, and thorough. I got a lot of estimates and chose Higgens because they were very competitive and offered a coupon on Angies List. The doors were special order, and arrived in less than 2 weeks. They worked with my schedule to set and install date and time. I got a call to confirm installation the night before, and the installers arrived exactly on time. When they were finished installing they showed me all the operational features on the doors and explained basic maintenance and warranty to me. They were courteous and professional. They got the doors installed, the old doors removed and the mess cleaned up in less than 5 hours. I had seen a rebate on the garage door opener that I chose on the Higgens website. As it turned out the rebate was over between the time I ordered the opener and the installation date. The person at the office called me and let me know they would discount the opener price in the amount of the rebate since it expired. I appreciated that "extra" very much. The price was exactly what I expected based on my estimate!

We contacted Higgins Overhead Doors on Saturday, April 27th for an estimate to replace a garage door at our rental property. they called us back that same day & set up an appointment for an estimate the following Monday, April 29th. Jeff was very prompt & offered what we thought was an excellent price for a complete new door & what goes along with that. We had another company over earlier that same day who quoted us a much higher price...we told Jeff he had the job before he even left. Jeff stated it may be up to a week & a half before the door would come in & they would have an appointment available. So, we were thrilled when they called on May 1st to tell us they had the door & could install it on Friday, May 3rd. Bob was the installer & he did an excellent job. Very efficient & prompt - the door looks great! Both Jeff & Bob were very prompt, polite & efficient. We were very impressed with their service & overall attitudes!

Higgins sent out a sales rep after we spoke with them to get initial information. The sales rep was prompt, professional and prepared and was not pushy when it came to possible "upselling;" that is, he didn't try to sell us on the next grade higher at each step. The rep was able to provide us with a proposal within 24 hours and responded to questions quickly. The company requested a reasonable down payment to schedule the installation, which was performed on time by two installers. These installers showed up on time, worked efficiently and completed the project by the end of the day. After completing the installation, they configured the garage door openers with us and walked us through the openers' various settings and how to change them.
