Jim was pleasant and efficient, plus he discovered that a trip switch reset was all that I needed and told me so immediately. He then gave me the choice whether to replace the outlet or not, since it really didn't have to be. I chose to do so anyway because it was getting older. Just to be on the safe side. I'm SO sorry! Had two repairmen here on the same day and confused their names when writing reviews. The excellent electrician's name is JIM.

Quality service

I purchased an older home, built in 1949, to fix up. The electrical was all cloth wrapped two wire and needed to be replace throughout the whole house, along with updating the panel. I checked on home advisor and received quotes from 3 companies. Heiser Electric came in with best pricing but moreover, took the time to look everything over. The other two basically just walked around the house. One failed to even open the panel....I am very happy with the finished project and would highly recommend Heiser Electric for any electrical requirements required.

This was my first time using Home Advisor. A terrific experience. My problem of blinking lights and low lights in kitchen turned out to be the control box (fuse box). All neutral wiring was burned out. Rob Heiser found the problem within 5 minutes. Well groomed professional man. Will call again if needed.
