Cal Homes/Luke Cotton and the bathroom lead Brad put a basement bathroom in for us. We did NOT have roughed in plumbing or sewage, which they took care of with the new bathroom. They showed up on time every day and completed the work under our budget. It looks fantastic and is a great addition to our home. I am very pleased and would absolutely hire them again.

The man who came to do the work was on time, fast, and his work was quality.

Fantastic job by the crew. I especially appreciated the minimal impact on our home, the crews punctuality and attention to detail on the job. I specifically picked Cal Homes because of the positive reviews here on Angie's List. I was very pleased with results. The job was started when they said they would start. They finished when they said they would finish. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Highly recommend.

We got estimates from several companies from the area to complete our basement. Luke from CAL homes was by far the most responsive to what we wanted and within our budget. Other companies quoted twice as much for the same work or seemed like they would be difficult to work with. We felt that we could trust Luke to do the job immediately. He is professional and personable. The workers that came by were fast, efficient and professional. They did a fantastic job with the only delay being waiting for the inspections. The basement looks amazing. We are very happy with the new space and will be using CAL homes for future housing projects.

I could not have asked for a better job. They came in, tore down my existing porch, then started to build the new one. The workers were very friendly and answered any question I had. The porch took two days, which I expected. They also installed PCV railings that my wife and I bought to match the deck on the back of our house. Installed a covered roof with shingles that matched the existing shingles on the house. When Luke came out for the estimate, he measured and listened to me and my wife as to what we were looking to build, and he and his team built what we wanted. We are very happy with our porch and will recommend them and use them again.

Luke Cotton provided us with reasonable estimates and was quite flexible as the projects were modified. His crew is friendly and professional and did an amazing job of installing new tile, cabinetry, and fixtures in two separate bathrooms. They also installed all new door fixtures and new light fixtures throughout our upper level. We will contact them again for additional work.

Luke and Cal Homes did a great job. Basically, I called Cal Homes to come in and finish a project that I had started but did not have the time, energy, and expertise to do it right. Luke came to our house to show us multiple options for tile, stain, etc. and gave us his professional opinion on what would be best. We went with Luke's recommendations and couldn't be happier. Luke and his crew finished our bar and tiled the basement floor and did a fantastic job. They came in on budget, and on time. They were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. I would recommend Luke, and Cal Homes, to anyone in the area and plan on using him again in the future.

They did okay work. They did the best they could but there was a time when the tile did not look straight. I brought it to his attention and it turned out the way I thought it would, which was not straight. There were a few details that they did not attend to. I felt I had to watch over their work. Overall, it was good.

Luke Cotton impressed me from the very beginning. His professionalism, punctuality and responsivnes. Gave us an estimate that was very resonable. Started and finished on time. His contractors were nice polite and pleasant to be around. Kitchen come out fabulous!!

The company was competitive in price and very professional. The work done was great and we love the deck!

The work went very well. Luke provided me with a solid time frame that he stuck to very well. His crew was very professional and did great work. We signed a contract, and within a week Luke was back with samples and a week later the work was started. Total construction time was about 2 weeks but most of this was due to having to let stains and finishes on the bar dry. Luke was always very good about communication. The eaisest way for me to communicate is via e-mail and Luke was very very good about getting back to me same day in 90% of the cases. Would highly recommend Luke and I plan to have him back to add on to my deck when I get around to starting that project.
