We charge an hourly rate + parts. We are an authorized Amana/ Goodman dealer. We are experts in high-efficiency replacements and new construction HVAC systems (free estimates).
We do not offer Flat-rate pricing, as we feel you would be grossly overpaying in most cases, nor do we charge a separate Diagnostic Fee. We do not offer air duct cleaning, nor do service work on commercial refrigeration.
