I was only using them due to being recommended by Owenâ  s service, since Owenâ  s did so well I thought he would too. He came out last week and told me he needed to make some phone calls to the county, then BOOM he was gone and now wonâ  t respond at all. Their unreliability is a huge red flag, and I would strongly advise against working with them. "I woke up to find my basement flooded with at least two inches of water. The plumber I use for smaller jobs does not do main drains but he referred me to CSC (Commercial Sewer Cleaning). I called then just after 8 a.m. They sent someone to my house the same morning. He used a huge heavy snake to clean the drain. It went perfectly. Eventually all the water drained into the drain in my basement floor. The plumber was efficient, friendly, and very professional."

"The company I bought the system from went out of business and there is no local representative in our area; therefore, I have been self-maintaining the system. About 6 years ago I bought a replacement aerator from SOS and installed it myself. I was now having an electrical problem because the wire coming into the underground housing has shorted out. The wire short was about 18 inches below the housing cap and probably impossible for me to reach. Brandon of SOS advised me of ways it might be fixed but I’d probably would have to hire an electrician to do it and that might be hard to find one that would do the job. I’ve since figured out how it can be fixed and will be doing it myself. I also wanted advice on which chlorine tablets to use and where I could get them as no one in Marion stocks them. Brandon sent me an email with information about the correct tablets and where I can order them on line. The chlorine tablets hang in a bottle in the sand filter vault and at my age it is getting too hard for me to lift the concrete cap to get to them. Brandon made some suggestions and I’ve found a 3/4” by 24” by24” PVC sheet that I can cut down to replace the concrete cap cutting the weight in half. When I asked Branden what I owe SOS for all of his advice and assistance he said “Nothing”, but I plan to send them a check anyway. In this day and age, it’s hard to find such helpful & dedicated businesses."
