Description of Work: The machinery they used didn’t really scrub the carpet. They only poured on a cleaning solution and then vacummed it up. I could have done a better job with a rug doctor. The man who came out to clean the carpets worked very hard to do a good job, he just did not have the right type of equipment for what we needed. I would give the man who worked for us an A, however because the company did not properly equip their employee, I have given them a C rating.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. The price was reasonable. I was very pleased with service. He was a few minutes late, but he called ahead to tell me he was stopped by a train.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. They did not move any furniture or vacuum. I vacuumed prior to them coming.

+ -1 moreWe called Rainbow on Monday and they came to us on Wednesday. We were told that they would call ahead of the time they expected to arrive. About an hour before the expected arrival time Chris called to say that he finished his prior job early and asked if he could head our way. He arrived about 20 minutes later. Chris was very professional, measured the room, gave me a quote and began his work. We had one large room cleaned and he was done in about 30 minutes. We had moved most of the furniture out of the room, but he had no problem working around our sofa and entertainment center. When he was done he explained that there were two small areas where the carpet appeared to be bleached (we have two dogs), but if any other spots reappeared they would come back to take care of them. The carpet looked great. The only down-side is that they use a wet process so the carpet needed to dry overnight. The thing I liked most was that there was no sales pitch and ndash; no pitch to clean more rooms; no pitch for extra treatments or processes. Chris came to do a job did it very, very well and left.
Description of Work: We contacted Rainbow International to clean a 350 square foot living room. They came to the house on-time and did exactly that.
