Tim saved me $2000.00 and the need to buy a refrigerator I did not like. He fixed my dead one that I loved. Very nice man. My fridge is 14 years old and made solid unlike the new ones. I wish I had called him before replacing my broken washer. Highly recommend him.

Great office staff very professional and responsive. Tech was competent, efficient, personable. Overall, good outfit and I would call them again for future needs.

Our usual repair service is out for medical reasons, called Mr. Appliance based on a recommendation. Communication was good, showed up when they were supposed to. Then I got the bad news, $382 to replace a seal that costs $59 on a washer that I paid $400 for! Called other repair places in town, other service prices ranged from a low of $150 to a high of $200 for complete repair including service call. Now I'm out $89 for the "service" call.

Determined that the cost of repairs was too high to be worth repairing

We were referred to Mr. Appliance by the Thermador (now Bosch) company and hired them to fix a recall issue with our double oven. We also purchased replacement handles for our oven and asked Mr Appliance to install them at the same visit. We were very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. The job involved completely removing and adding insulation to the walls of the oven. Unfortunately, after the recall work was completed the self cleaning mode of the oven failed to operate properly. Since I had no previous issues with the oven, Mr. Appliance took full responsibility and replaced the latch on the oven to resolve the issue free of charge. I was most positively impressed with their willingness to not only do excellent work but also to take responsibility for any problems that occurred. It took at least four visits before all the work was completed. I would most definitely hire them again. We payed only for the handle replacement work.

Steve pointed out issues with our refrigerator that no one else has even addressed before! He explained that there was a clog in the drain where water from natural defrost liquid should go. He melted all of the ice in our freezer and repaired the drain. He also fixed the ice maker. He noted that who ever had worked on it last did not connect the water hose and water had just been leaking into the freezer.

Mr. appliance was able to show up the very next day and diagnose the problem. Was extremely expensive, so we decided not to have the repair done, but replace the entire washer instead. They were very professional, and pleasant to speak to on the phone. They emailed us a receipt with details which allowed us to get our money back from the company where we purchased the washer .

1. The washing machine was too old. Parts were no longer available. It could not be repaired. Mr. Appliance was honest about that. 2. The freezer wasn't staying cold. Mr. Appliance couldn't find anything wrong. We never had a problem after that.. (I think maybe it was my grandson, not shutting the door properly). The point is, Mr Appliance told us the truth. 3. Mr Appliance cleaned out the dryer vent (a 25' run) and installed an new bird-proof cover on the outside. I forget exactly what it cost, but it was worth every penny. Each time Mr Appliance came to my home, he removed the dust build up on the refrigerator coils at no extra charge. Very polite and honest.

It went very well. They came in and found the problem very quickly. They new where they could get the part and was back in to time and replaced it in a matter of thirty minutes or less.

I called Mr. Appliance on the recommendation of a neighbor because my washer wasn't working right. I was able to schedule same-day service but then had to cancel almost at the last minute because something came up that I couldn't change. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They were very professional when I cancelled our first appointment even though it was a last-minute cancellation and, I'm sure, an inconvenience for them. Before the scheduled appointment time I got a call from the repair man letting me know he was on his way and when he would be at my house. When he got to my house (on time!) he was neatly dressed, polite, and professional. He introduced himself, put shoe covers on, and brought his tools in. When he put his tools down he put something down under them to protect my floor. I described the problem to him and he took a look at it. As part of his diagnosis he needed to let the washer fill partially and while that was happening he offered to clean my refrigerator coils at no charge. He gave me the brush so I could clean the coils in the future. He was able to figure out what the problem was pretty quickly and explained that rather than replacing a part (which would have cost hundreds of dollars), he just needed to make an adjustment to the washer. I appreciated that he was honest with me and didn't try to sell me a very expensive part and repair. He made the necessary adjustment after I gave him the go-ahead. As he packed up he explained a little about Mr. Appliance and told me that he and his son own the local franchise. He was very personable and friendly and also respectful and professional. Before leaving he gave me a sticker with the business name and phone number in case I ever need to call them again, along with a discount card for my next repair. I have never been so impressed with a home service call/business. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance the next time I have an appliance problem. Very highly recommended!

It went well. Craig explained the issue and options that we had. We had used Mr. Appliance the year before for an issue with our refrigerator. The company is always response, personable, professional, and helpful.

The technician, Alex, arrived within the scheduled window; even calling ahead to give us a 10 minute warning. Alex was exceptionally professional and polite; I really liked the subtle touch of bringing his own floor mat into the residence and wearing booties while in the residence. Alex diagnosed the washer and recommend replacement as the repair cost exceeded the cost of a new one, we really appreciated the honesty. During the visit, Alex up-sold us on the dryer vent and refrigerator coil cleaning; it was a low pressure pitch with the justification why it was a good idea. Needless to say, we are happy we paid for the dryer vent cleaning, as the vent was full of lint. Overall, Alex was a great technician and Mr. Appliance is on the top of our list for future appliance repairs.

Sean Robinson was our service technician for a vintage coke machine. We spent over a year trying to find someone to work on the machine and it was worth the wait and the search to find Sean with Mr. Appliance. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He spent MANY MANY hours across several days, including hours on the weekend, working on the machine to make sure it was fixed and working properly. Turns out there were several problems with the coke machine. Some parts hard to be ordered and some had to be custome made by Sean. When he wasn?t at our house working on it, he texted us to inquire about how it sounded, whether it was cycling properly and what the temperature was running, etc. He felt like he was imposing on us by being in our house for so many days & hours so he ended up taking it out of our house so he could have ?infinite hours to work on it?. Sean took special care to make sure it traveled safely and was returned to us safely. He treated the machine with care as if it was his own and did all that was within his means to make sure it was working properly.
