The electrical work is shoddy. The put outlets near sinks that don’t trip. The inspector tried to trip them and they don’t. The inspector said the service needed to be updated but they never even told her. Had they said, we would have updated during the remodel. The inspector said she needed work down on the foundation and they again didn't say anything. They had it all opened up, they should have informed her. I’m not even positive if they are licensed or insured. We have asked for both and they have yet to send it to us. They say they have it, but they haven’t given us proof. Light switches that worked before, they never re-hooked after the fire. There are three that just don’t do anything or they moved them to make it more convenient to rewire. Behind the kitchen sink, they re-tiled and the grout is cracking out because they didn't even do it correctly. When they redid the roof, they framed out new rafters over the roof but they didn't move the gutters, the just left the gutters tucked back underneath the new roof. Now because when it rains it runs off and not into the gutters. They said that gutters aren't part of the roofing job. They also tried to make the main drain run uphill. They didn't even get a building permit. The woman owns house is handicap. When the house had a fire, she went to a nursing home. They were supposed to take care of all of this and they said they were going to take care of it. However, they didn't do any of the work correctly according to the inspector.
Description of Work: The job was supposed to be gutting the whole house and it was a complete redo. Except for one room of the side they weren’t supposed to touch. They tore down all the walls, new insulation new roof new flooring new drywall new everything.

We had a door and a window ruined by water damage afterwards because the roof leaked. They didn't put wood under the metal roof when they installed it, so this caused the leaking. When we contacted the company to have our problem resolved and fixed, they said it wasn't their problem and have not responded to our communications since. Be very careful if considering this company, as I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: We had our roof torn-off and had a new metal roof installed. They also installed three outside doors with storm doors and replaced nine windows, closing off two of them.
