I remember my dad and uncle always saying they had an AC "guy". That rarely happens in today's times. But with Rick, from Service Ace, you have your AC/Furnace guy. I've had other larger companies work on both of my units, and no one compares to Service Ace for quality, professionalism, and price. I'd recommend Service Ace to anyone.

After dealing with another company for 3 weeks and countless excuses, our home warranty company referred us to Service Ace. Rick came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem. He got our unit working and told us what needed to be done to prevent the problem in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. We will definitely call him if needed in the future!

Awesome! I started working with Service Ace when he was a contractor through my home warranty company. When I first bought my historical home, I was unaware of the HVAC system and how to properly operate it. Service Ace (Rick) showed me the system and taught me how to use my system after fixing it. Since starting to work with him, I call Service Ace (Rick) to work on my HVAC system. He is honest, fair priced, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Rick (owner) is always very professional and efficient. When I first moved into my 85 year old home, I was told that the heating/air system was gas and it turned out to be "dual heat pump." I had no knowledge of how to use nor operate this type of system. Rick educated me and became my "go to" for any questions or needs I had regarding my HVAC.

Our furnace had been making a noise for a little while. Then, of course, on a Friday evening after 5:00, it quit working all together. ( I am not sure how objects know it is the weekend.) We hunkered down and waited until Saturday morning to begin our search for a repairman. We found Rick B. and he came out in just a matter of an hour. He was one of the only people with Saturday hours. He was very professional, knowledgable, and thorough. His price was very reasonable. I would use him again, and may let him put in a heat pump this spring.

We had just moved into and closed on our house about a week earlier and lucky for us bought a home warranty! The air conditioner quit and the warranty company is the one that contracted to Service ACE. Rick was able to get out the same day a Thursday and gave us the bad news. He indicated he would contact the warranty company and did not know how long it would take them to purchase the part and have available for him to pick upand install. I told him that my husbands health was not conducive to being 7-10 days without ac. He indicated that the warranty company was not the most responsive . That said , I called the warranty company and to get to the correct dept was a feat in itself. Once I did I explained that I needed things expedited due to my husbands health. I explained I was aware that it was a weekend , BUT I was hoping for a very short turn around. There were/was the discussion of costs not covered and we would have to pay. They were: Permit ( determined that it was NOT required), Recapture of Freon( paid by us, leak test ( paid by us), haul away of old unit ( had him leave it) some replacement piping( paid by us) and the service call fee. All totaled we paid $200.00. What the actual unit cost was I do not know. Rick was at our home on the following Monday at 7:45 am installing the new unit. He commented that he had never seen the warranty company respond so fast! SO far so good.

Our regular furnace man no longer comes this far because he is too busy. He recommended Mr. Baumgardner. He said he had not had a single complaint from old clients that he sent to Mr. Baumgardner.
