ACHR did a great job. They provided an accurate cost without any over-runs. They were courteous, professional, and communicated any delays or issues with me in a timely fashion. The quality of the job was top notch. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and will definitely use ACHR for any applicable projects in the future. Highly recommended. We called two or three others but settled with them. They went around and told us exactly what we needed and how to go about doing it too. According to the code we couldn't put the kind of room that we have always wanted. It was taking space so we had always thought of making a bedroom out of it. Then, we thought of making it a combination of a sewing room and a small office but since the room was rather large we decided to ultimately turn it into an office. They did a great job and stayed within the budget that we had agreed on. The room looks rather nice. We have been trying to use it, as fast as we can get stuff into it. It has been lying around for ages. They took their time. They were careful and cleaned up. Everything was done just the way we agreed and wanted it rebuilt. We had anticipated the price before we contracted him and their prices were in the ballpark as anyone else. If we had to ask them anything; they would sit down and explain it to us by letting us know what had to be done. They kept their people on a nice tight schedule. We didn't even know they were in the house most of the time. We gave them keys to the house so they could come and go as material and time allowed. There were no worries about them at all. They were really nice people.

Aaron Haggard does it all, and does it well, highly recommended. He provides outstanding quality for a very low price. The saying is, "Fast, cheap and good: pick two". Here you get cheap and good (actually, cheap and great). Any independent contractor will run into delays because unexpected things happen and there is no back up. But if you can be patient, this man will work so hard to make sure you're happy with his work. Aaron was really great about communicating: if a delay was unavoidable, he promptly sent a text. If he said he'd be there, he was there. Really excellent. Aaron is a perfectionist and re-worked things he wasn't happy with (ceiling patch wasn't quite right so he did it over, drawer system was really tricky because the old closet it was installed in wasn't truly square so he spent extra time on it, etc) without being asked. Cleanup was also excellent. When completed, his work looked beautiful and my wife and I loved everything he did. We'll definitely hire Aaron again to remodel the bathroom and shower and anything else that needs fixing or improving in our old, beloved house.
