Her dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms is very good. The attention to baseboards, wood trim above doors, blinds, and curtains is not top-notch, but those aren't my main concerns. Not the greatest, but acceptable. I can ask her to do a more in-depth cleaning for more money, but I'm OK with this. Curtains don't get vacuumed, blinds get a quick wipe (but dirt accumulates), tops of high furniture (armoirs, etc.) get missed, wood floors don't get mopped. But she does a great job on the kitchen and bathrooms, and that makes it worth it.

Linda does a pretty good job. Not the perfect run-a-white-gloved-finger-on-any-surface job, but pretty good overall, especially over 2 cleanings. We have a lot of animals, so the pet hair is a challenge. Plus, we keep windows open, so parts of the year she spends a lot of time getting rid of spider webs. The kitchen and bathrooms always look and smell great. Sometimes she seems to spend most of her time on her cell phone, but she still manages to get the work done while on the phone.

OVERALL, HER PRICE IS VERY GOOD FOR HER WORK (COMPARED TO OTHER HOUSECLEANING SERVICES). AN ANNOYING TRAIT IS THAT SHE TENDS TO CLEAN WHILE ON HER CELL PHONE. OCCASIONALLY SHE WILL FORGET TO SWEEP/VACUUM A ROOM, IN THE FALL/WINTER I'LL OFTEN STILL FIND COBWEBS STILL HANGING ON THE CEILING. IT MAKES ME WONDER IF SHE'D NOTICE MORE IF SHE WERE NOT ON THE PHONE WHILE CLEANING. HOWEVER, IF YOU USE HER REGULARLY, ALL THINGS WILL GET DONE. SHE IS QUICK TO REMEDY ANYTHING WHEN YOU TELL HER ABOUT IT.

HARD TO GET ON HER SCHEDULE. GOOD REASONABLE PRICED HOUSECLEANER.
