The first two people who came out were sub-contractors. They left huge gaps in the trim work in all rooms, and didn't miter several corners. All of the trim had to be taken off and redone by a different person (Brad.) Brad, himself, was a good worker and did reasonably good work, but was not a "finish" worker. He left several things un-done. I was pleased with his installation of the bathroom fan/light/vent, the two exterior doors, and the light replacement. Unfortunately, everything was done on "their time" and only after other jobs were completed or if it was a bad day outside, he would show up to work on our projects. There was also a lot of work we had to do on the trim work to make it suitable to paint (sink the nail heads, fill the nailholes, fill the seams.) They also did not complete the work - there are still projects not completed (cabinetry work, several lights to be replaced, and haul-away.) Yet, they had the nerve to send us a bill even though they aren't done, and most of what they have done, had to be altered by us.
Description of Work: Trim work in bathroom, install fan/light in bathroom, replace light in basement, replace two exterior doors.
