 + -1 moreHe did not show up. Did not call afterwards. I have not called him since. I would not use someone who would stand me up like that, and think so little of my time. Very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I contacted this provider to receive a quote for several home improvement projects (including painting, drywall/basement finishing, bathroom remodel). Mr. Wright was busy when I called, and we played phone tag for a couple of days before I was able to schedule. When I spoke with him, I explained I had several projects, the first of which would be painting, but then I would need the bathroom remodel, and finally the basement. He said he didn't know why Angie's list would have him listed for painting when that's about the last thing he does....After I noted, that I had other work as well and that I wanted to try to have it done by the same person, he told me he would come by to look/give me an estimate Saturday afternoon at 2PM. He noted that if he was running behind he would give me a call.

Description of Work: Over time John has mowed my lawn, installed bifold doors and remoulded my bathroom. He is very precise in his measurements and a very skilled carpenter.

 + 0 moreGeorge Wright is an excellent painter. I have used him for years. I have seen him do jobs other painters wouldn't touch and tackle challenging jobs successfully. When I have used other painters, I have regretted it and have had George correct their work. He does a great job of spackling and repairing walls. I have not used him for woodworking or carpentry. He is personable and professional.
Description of Work: George mostly painted my deck but also did some dry wall repairs and painting inside the house.

 + 0 moreThe guy's name is John Wright and he is wonderful. I told him that I want to put him on Angie's List. He is a skilled carpenter and a craftsman. His prices are reasonable and very fair. He is not bonded but he is insured. My daughter came down and saw what he is doing and he will soon be building a deck for them out on the water. He measures and he looks and then he measures again and I was really impressed with his work. He pays great attention.
Description of Work: Wright Remodeling did carpentry work for us. He put in a new 4 by 10 floor. He has put in a window for my daughter's cavern.
