 + 0 moreBrad was actively involved in framing, sheathing, roofing, siding, painting, trimming out my addition. As he was doing the work thru another GC did not do quotes nor negotiations with him directly. I have no doubt he can do a good job for you too. I was happy enough to reward him and the team with a day fishing once we were all done! We shared plenty of laughs thru the process. I hear his tile work is excellent but did not use.
Description of Work: Brad was part of team working on a two story addition thru a general contractor.

 + 0 moreFirst, he showed up at dusk to take a look at repair work needed outside (hard to fully evaluate when it's dark outside!). Then, after a review of what needed to be done inside and out, he promised to follow up with a quote. I reminded him 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and still haven't received a quote!
Description of Work: Came out to do a site survey for a quote on home repair work.

 + -1 moreFront first contact to the last, Brad was very courteous, responsive and well mannered. I respect this over everything else. Of course, he got the job done very quickly, and it was done right. I would definitely ask Brad to work on my house in the future.
