 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY RESPONDED TO PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE. ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE, THE CREW CAME AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE COMPANY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: ITEMS WERE MOVED AWAY FROM BASEMENT WALLS, WALLS WERE CLEANED, AND PAINTED WITH A WATERPROOFING SEALANT.

SOREN TOOK THE GREATEST CARE TO ISOLATE OUR BASEMENT AND SCRUB THE AIR WITH HEPA FILTERS AT ALL TIMES. THEY HUNG PLASTIC AND TAPED AROUND EVERYWHERE THEY WORKED AND WORE TYVEK JUMPERS AND SHOE COVERS TO KEEP ANYTHING FROM GETTING BACK INTO OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO HAVE THEIR OWN LAB IN TOWN SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR TEST RESULTS TO GET BACK FROM AN OUTSIDE LAB AS WITH OTHER MOLD REMEDIATION COMPAIES THAT WE HAVE USED. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE SOREN AGAIN FOR ANY MOLD OR MILDEW ISSUES.
Description of Work: MOLD REMEDIATION: THEY TESTED FOR MOLD IN OUR BASEMENT, REMOVED DRYWALL WHERE MOLD WAS FOUND, TREATED THE AFFECTED AREAS AND REMOVED ALL THEIR DEBRIS.
