Working with Dave Royal is working with a gentleman and professional. No high-pressure 2-3 hour sales pitch, we concluded all business within forty-five minutes. His installer was top notch and did outstanding work. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough.

David Royal is the owner of the company, and after scheduling an in-person meeting by telephone, came to our house. He was friendly and personable. He made a point again and again that he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the process from beginning to end. We were not happy with the four week delay from paying a $300 down payment until the work crew arrived, but that was the only negative. There was a three man work crew led by Byron Royal, David's nephew. Byron said he had installed over 1,400 tubs and had work scheduled through January 2007. Our work was done on Oct. 26, 2006. The job took 6 hours. Byron explained what he would be doing and worked the entire time without a break. When the crew was done, Byron explained how long to wait for the caulk to dry before using the tub and how to clean the tub, acrylic being more sensitive to abrasives than steel. The crew cleaned the house up very well when they were finished.
