Looking at the reviews it looks like they haven't been updated since Rick bought this business. Ive used Rick 2 times now for pre- purchase inspections. I myself am in constuction and missed a few things that his keen eye did not. He saved us from buying a house with a major issue that could of easily been over looked. And he did great again on the 2nd inspection of a different home. He leaves no stone un-turned. If there's an issue he will find it! His price point is great! His inspection report is super professional and makes requesting repairs a breeze. If your on the market for an inspector Rick should be the only person you call! He truly cares about his customers and wants to insure they are making an educated decision when purchasing or selling a property! We will use him on our next home!!!

I called and had hoped that Bill would be able to do the inspection but he was busy, and had Bruce Kramer do it instead. Bruce showed up on time and was very nice, but I was a little worried when he mentioned he had only been doing home inspections for a few months. I really wanted someone very experienced and that was why I called Bill in the first place. Bruce seemed to be very thorough, and I paid additional money to have the septic tank inspected. He was supposed to use a dye test, and had me run water in the house while he added dye either directly to the septic tank or maybe it was from inside the home, I don't remember. Then he went out in the yard and walked around with a flash light to see if the colored dye showed up. I went ahead and had a septic company come out and empty the tank and do a more thorough inspection a few days later, and I told them about the dye test I had had done a few days before. They said there was absolutely no dye whatsoever in the tank and that it would have still been there. They said the guy probably pulled one over on me, and that they knew him and that he isn't that knowledgeable so then I really worried about the validity of our entire inspection report. It never really sat well with me that if he lied about one thing, then what else did he lie about? If Bill would have told me in the first place he was sending someone with only a few months experience, I would have declined and gone with another company.

Excellent! The report was thorough, with photos, and accessible online, which was extremely convenient. He scheduled the inspection with the Realtor, conducted the inspection, and sent us results all within a week.
