Steve explained why he used certain products on our house--they might not be the cheapest but he felt like they would last longer. He matched the paint color already on the house very well. We agreed to pay him in thirds: 1/3 at the beginning, 1/3 after the primer, and 1/3 when the job was completed. We paid him by check.
All the men who worked on Steve's crew were polite to me. I thought they were professional in their jobs. They were careful not to get paint on the shrubbery or deck, etc. I thought they were very neat. Each day when they were finished they put their equipment away and cleaned up completely.
