+ -1 moreMidwest Computer Solutions didn't treat me like an important client, it took 2 weeks to replace the screen instead of the 2 days they said. Another time, we had monitor problems with a new computer, they said it wasn't the monitor and it turned out to be the monitor.
Description of Work: Last week, Midwest Computer Solutions replaced my husband's laptop screen for 400 dollars.

+ -1 moreThey performed the work very well. It took longer than anticipated to get the repair completed but they did tell us that they were very swamped at the time we dropped it off for repair. We have been very satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: Repaired software which was creating a "blue screen" scenario.
