Everyone we interacted with was very friendly, responsive and professional. The movers worked very quickly but also took great care not to damage anything. I would definitely use them again!

An estimate was provided in advance based on what we wanted moved - charges are based on the actual hours worked and the number of persons working. Two workers showed up on time and worked diligently to get the furniture out and in. Very friendly and personable people. We had a problem with getting a couch into the apartment as it was really too big to fit through the door and make the turn into the entry hallway. The reclining mechanism was slightly bent on one section. I don't fault the movers, there was no other way to get it in and it was not apparent that it was bent when they were working it in. But they called another person who came right away with tools and fixed it. There were no other problems. The final cost was under the estimate and we were very satisfied with the work.

The movers were professional, considerate and easy going. We didn't have anything to compare the quality with. We thought they were good. We had some other issues.

They are a small moving business in Columbus, Indiana. Other people in my family have used them and I like the fact that they are a local company. They had a high reputation in the area and they were able to accommodate my schedule. They are exceptionally friendly, reliable and did a perfect job with everything. Nothing got broken during the trip and I will use them again in the future.
