 + -1 moreDoug met us at our property so we could discuss the style and function of the home we wanted and to get a feel for the surroundings. Doug explained how the design process would go and the cost to create the design and provide us with drawings, PDF files, and material lists. We would meet every couple of weeks to make changes or give him our blessing to proceed. At each visit the drawings had more detail. Doug listened to us and gladly made many changes throughout the process. He is knowledgeable with Indiana Building Codes, building materials and trades. His expertise will save us money and time. We have not broken ground yet, but look forward to living in this custom designed home by Design Concepts.
Description of Work: My husband and I looked at 100's of residential home plans online and in catalogs but couldn't find what we wanted. We were very fortunate to find Doug who was able to listen to both of us and design a home plan that not only meets our needs, but also fit our budget.

Design Concepts offers the following services: Affordable residential drafting and blueprints. Drawings for New Homes, Room Additions, Decks, Basement Finishing, and Interior Remodeling. We provide all the drawings you need for your project. Complete drawings for getting quotes, to applying for permits, to the construction of your project.
Architectural Certifications not offered. We are not an architecturally licensed design firm. Indiana counties DO NOT require a certified drawing on residential projects.
New homes require a Civil Engineered Site plan, and/or a septic sewer layout. We do not offer these services.
