Our insurance had assigned one company for the clean up and they were delayed in coming and did not get to the work for over ten days. Because we complained, they gave us the number of Crystal Aire. He called me back the same day and told me he would be in my neighborhood the next day due to a seminar he'd be taking in Indy. He came in uniform and was pleasant, compassionate and honest. He and his assistant assesed the damage and told me exactly what they would be doing and the date and time they would arrive. They did all of the above. They were professional in every way. They explained to me the steps they were taking and why. They took pictures of mold that had begun to develop due to the number of days we had to wait. They called to check on our satisfaction and moved up the carpet cleaning time because he had a team in our neighborhood who could do it sooner. All of the workers were polite and good at what they did and cleaned up when the job was done. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Water extraction from our crawl space, insulation from the crawl space had to be torn out and disposed of. They had to re-install the main metal trunk line to the floor joist, which had fallen due to the weight of the heavy amounts of water. They installed a new vapor barrier to the crawlspace, which is where most of the cost came from, because we have a large crawl space. They treated floors and subfloors with antifungal solutions etc. They thorughly cleaned the duct work and cleaned the carpets that had been stained from the water and mud.

Description of Work: AIR & WALLS IN THE HOUSE WERE TESTED , AND DETERMINED TO HAVE MOLD, CRAWLSPACE WAS CHECKED, AND DETERMINED TO HAVE MOLD, AREA WAS CLEANED, SPRAYED AND RE-TESTED AFTER WORK. TWO ROOMS WERE REPAINTED.
