When the provider called me back to schedule. I explained I needed a camera line to identify the source of a leak. He said he was confused as to what I needed, and said what I was saying didn't make sense. He then asked what kind of leak it was. I told him I did not know, that's why we need the camera (as recommended by our general contractor). He asked if it was a water or a sewer line. I told him it could be water or it could be the drain from our shower, sink or toilet - I do not know the source of the leak. He said so it's a drain. What you need is a drain. He was extremely argumentative and condescending. I ended the conversation by telling him I would use another pllumber. I would not EVER use their service.

Work successfully completed. This company had served us for decades. Their updated address is 1225 11th St.

Water leak so great our bill had been affected. They checked for all possibilities but found nothing. We can now to our water company and let them find it.l

I really appreciate how responsive they are. They are always there for me.
