+ -1 moreSevern and his co-worker did an excellent jb cleaning all our windows (Pella removable double pane). They worked hard all day and got everything really clean. I will recommend them to all my acquaintances and friends

+ -1 moreI tried calling him three times that day and left messages. He has never responded to any of those messages. I even called his partner and left a message. He was referred to me by my sister. She even tried calling him and he hasn't responded to any of those attempts to reach him. I had spread the word about his service because he had given me a great quote. I had two other people that wanted to use his services. This is very frustrating and embarrassing.
Description of Work: I made an appointment with him to clean my windows on the 6th at 8:30 am. He never showed up and never called.
