+ -1 moreWe couldn’t get hold of him actually. He was supposed to come in the evening around 6 o’ clock but I went out and I asked him to come the next day morning. He had an appointment the next day morning, and so we couldn’t actually come up with a proper time to meet, so we just left the deal there. I haven’t contacted him in person. He was good over the phone. He was available on the phone.
Description of Work: I had called Chuck to get some yard work done.

+ -1 moreContacted handyman several times via phone and texting. Said they would get back with us but never did. Impression they were busy but no attempt to contact us and it has been over a week now. Just too busy. They must be very good but they need to work on their customer response time.

+ -1 moreWe've always had handymen come out and give us outrageous quotes. Charles however, is very reasonable, always on time, and does great work. If he can fix something on his own he will. His services are very good, and his rates are really really good. It was very impressive how much attention he paid to details.
Description of Work: Fixed our garage door, re-caulked our bathroom. He did color matching for three days for us.
