Description of Work: I needed their service completed on a specific date and even though they were not in going to be in my area they accommodated my request. The serviceman didn't realize he was to be out of his area that day and did not arrive on time. When I called the company, they were very apologetic and sent someone out as soon as possible. The serviceman was also very apologetic. The work that I asked to be completed was very professional and very thorough. I did not rate the punctuality since I believe that it was an honest mistake and they did everything possible to overcome the error.
