Description of Work: Mike Redman offered money-saving ideas and professional new furnace installation in an old farmhouse. There were a couple of glitches, as there usually are in a major project. He addressed them immediately and to everyone's satisfaction. Well done.

Description of Work: Our service provider came out and serviced our boiler for the upcoming winter. Our home was built in 1881 and we love that we can call them with issues and they come right out. They are familiar with our home and give us tips (keep our unused bathroom traps filled with water). We trust these guys and appreciate the work they do!

Description of Work: Redman performed water heater repair for me to remove rotten egg smell in my heater. The service was performed quickly and efficiently. Their rate was worthwhile paying for the 1hr travel time compared to the local providers. | |The only unusual portion of the transaction was that it took them a few weeks to process the payment on my credit card. No big deal, but it was unexpected for the provider to not capture the payment within a few days of the service.

Description of Work: Air cond. quit working and they we're called after I checked Angie's list on who not to call. They came out within two hours and found it was a small transformer part and he had it replaced in an hour. I was amazed. Didn't try to do other unnecessary things for more money. Good job Redman's.

Description of Work: They came out and did some plumbing work for us. They also installed a central air conditioning unit was well. They did this work for us in 2004.
