The tech was on time, professional and polite. He took the time to go over everything with me. The office staff were also helpful and knowlegable.

The unit was engineered well in that the house heats and cools satisfactorily on both the hottest days and the coldest days. Now after almost two years I have had no need to call them back for repair or adjustment. And my calls to them with questions as to maintenance that I can do have been answered promptly and accurately.

It took 3 call backs until it worked properly with out leaks. Started the project with too flexible tubing that collapsed with water pressure, my contractor happened to be here that day and noted it wouldn't work and had him replace it on the first visit except for 5" of tubing between the softener and first check valve. This section of tubing did collapse and caused the softener to cycle nightly for a week. The second visit he changed the tubing but didn't turn on the softener to check for leaks. The fittings were not seated properly and water sprayed out the entire time the softener was on. The third visit, he corrected the connection, turned on the softener,checked all connections and it has worked fine since.

They have always been very professional and efficient. They were recommended to me by my realtor. I have not really compared their prices with other companies. They always show up on time. The technician that comes out always explains the work and my options, which I like. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.
