+ -1 moreThe work he did was fine. He knows how to use a hammer. He was good at accommodating changes that we made and I’ll take blame for maybe extending the job an extra day but my issue was that it took an extra two weeks. He showed up every day but he would get here around 9-10am and then leave around 3pm, that’s a problem. I would hire him again if I was closer to his area but I know what to expect now so I won’t
Description of Work: Complete gut in the bathroom. Run wire and install jacuzzi tub, toilet, vanity. Installed a pantry/w/d closet. Had to run plumbing and wire and build wall

+ -1 moreJake was timely and communication was great. He installed tile provided by us and worked to complete the project we requested. He also went out of his way to install a piece of tile that had been missing in an upstairs bathroom for over 10 years. He did not charge for that extra service.
