I found him to be no BS, professional & he found the problem & offered several possible scenarios if he was unable to find the part needed (he has good resources) for my much older AC. It turns out the #1 and least expensive option was available to me & he was able to find the part for me by the next morning (Fan motor, capacitor + Labor). I also felt the other options if needed were very reasonable. Other contractors were trying to sell me new AC systems and did not find the actual problem that was fixable. Bill found the problem in less than 30 minutes. It was refreshing to speak with someone who was knowledgeable about all types of AC units, yet straight forward (not pushy!) & confident in his recommendations. So easy to work with. Expedient, excellent follow up & If he says he will be there he will. Thanks Bill! I will call you for all future AC needs.

He did the most comprehensive and thorough service on our Trane system we have ever had. He was informative, gave great advice. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: Bill has done work on both our house and my parents house. He revised the control of our system to provide better heating and found several leaks in our ducts that he fixed. He then put baffles in the registers to balance the HVAC air flow.

The other company wanted more just for the freon, than Bill Clontz wanted for the whole repair. He didn't charge us a service call, his prices are reasonable, and he was here when he said he would be. We plan on using him soon to complete the job.
